"siamo appena fuori dal casello autostradale di barberino del mugello, di passaggio per l'outlet lì nei pressi. il claim è dichiarato in insegna: specialità toscane ed in effetti leggendo il menù c'è tutto quello per cui la cucina locale è apprezzata. la sala, molto affollata, dove si sente tanta parlata bolognese oltre che toscana, sembra stanca, realizzata alcune decine di anni fa e non più rinfrescata, tavoli molti vicini. scelti i piatti abbiamo chiesto di vino cosa offrissero al calice ricevendo come risposta chianti e vino della casa, ben poca cosa. abbiamo preso ribollita buona esecuzione, zuppa di cipolle saporita e bistecca alla fiorentina servita con patate arrosto. la carne si presenta bene, cotta a puntino ma in termini di sapore e frollatura ne abbiamo trovate di migliori, il prezzo 60€/kg. con il caffè sono state offerte delle frittelle di carnevale. in 2 pex il conto, con acqua e coperto, è stato di 115€. all'uscita gli abiti erano impregnati di odori in maniera veramente fastidiosa per evidente mancanza di riciclo d'aria nel locale. è un peccato che dei ristoranti con grandi potenzialità stiano banalizzando il loro pacchetto esperienziale, è nostra opinione che non è più sufficiente sfamare tanti avventori, quantità non è sempre qualità, bisogna dare una ragione per tornare che qui non abbiamo trovato."

"Pizza buonissima, a mio avviso ancora più buona rispetto al precedente stile. Ho ordinato una 4 formaggi e i formaggi li hanno scelti direttamente dal banco dell’alimentari, quindi erano buonissimi ed abbondanti. Il vino della casa più buono che abbia mai assaggiato, indicativamente sembrava più una bottiglia da 30€, con una punta di tannino e un retrogusto di vaniglia che solo i buoni vini hanno. Eravamo 7 persone e ci hanno servito dopo 5 minuti dall’ordine. Spesa per pizze, dolci, 1 lt vino, 3 birre e caffè 23€ a testa quindi del tutto nella norma ma molto basso se si considera la qualità del vino. Assolutissimamente consigliato. Ps. Alla cassa mentre pagavo avevo sete e mi hanno offerto una bottiglietta d’acqua. Una sciocchezza ma visto che spesso ti fanno pagare anche un semplice bicchiere nei bar, io l’ho notato."

"We walked over from our hotel which is tight across the road. The restaurant was very quiet but was cosy inside with good music playing. There's a good selection of food on the menu, very focused on local and seasonal produce which is fantastic. We ordered a mixed sharing starter which consisted our various meats and crostini/brushetta, I ordered a pasta dish and my husband ordered the beef fillet. Bread was provided on the table- the fresh foccacia was to die for, they also brought out a fantastic Tuscan soup alongside our starter. The starter itself was stunning, everything was so tasty. There was confusion surrounding the main as my pasta dish came out almost immediately after the starter but my husbands fillet did not come out till a lot later, they had provided him with an empty Plate, it appeared that they thought we were sharing each course but this meant we were both awkwardly eating whilst the other wasnt. When ordering from different parts of the menu, make it clear that you want it at the same time. The quality of the food was fantastic though especially the fillet. The wine was also very nice."

"we had lunch with friends on Saturday during a Christmas shopping break. The day was weathery and so cold and wet we stopped, instead of the usual delicious crushed with the mortadella, to taste a warm dish sitting comfortably. We were pleasantly impressed by both goodness and generous portions. We have taken typical Tuscan dishes, cooked well and with prices absolutely in the norm. Fast service and friendly staff is available. Recommended"

"we book at the last minute, we were directed to siena, in motion, but the time, changed in short, obliges us to find a different solution. We stop, call and reserve the table. on arrival we find a large car park on the right, we decide to continue, shortly after, on the left we find the entrance of the restaurant, well maintained, a climb and then on, on the left we find a parking lot, great for the bikes, where probably 4 cars would take all the place. parked in the front row, perfect. we sit on the veranda outside, immediately arrives a waitress who proposes to take us to drink and then immediately after we give the menus, order of their appetizer and a florentine from 2,5kg. we ate a lot and the appetizer was really very abundant, the Florentine, of good meat was in different points with the nerves, sin. account of 50 euro per head. nice location, really, very good service, nice and professional girls, salty account."
