Lost debit cards nearby and these were handed to Dotty. The staff went to great lengths to trace me. Can't thank them enough.

Had lunch here before going swimming. Tasty toasties and hot chocolate were enjoyed. Friendly service and a popular venue for locals.

Great cafe and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is great great value for money. I recommend coronation chicken panini which comes with free colsaw and crisp. Ver carta

Tried for first time , basic interior, clean and tidy, staff very nice and helpful, normal menu for b/fast, lunch, rolls and cakes, staff served my coffee at table, busy place with carry out options

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food and excellent service! The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Their haggis, black pudding, and coffee are all exceptional.

The food here really wasn't great. The portions were really small and I ordered a panini with chicken and ham but they gave me some chicken mixed in mayo and never advised me this would be the chicken. I don't like mayo so wanted plain chicken and ham as ordered. When I went back to the server she said I got what I asked for and was unwilling to refund my money. Would not recommend going here.

Firstly this review is solely my experience and 100% genuine. I have been here recently and was alarmed when the person serving me was dripping with sweat ....then wiped his head and then started serving food.Needless to say I didnt order any food. There were also people form the kitchen going outside and sitting on chairs smoking. Im sorry if this offends but I will not be going back and suggest changes are made.

I have had two disappointing experiences at Dotty's restaurant. The hot drinks were expensive and lacked flavor. Within a minute of receiving my cappuccino, the froth disappeared and it turned into a weak coffee with milk. The toastie was undercooked, with bland cheese and barely toasted bread. Despite the high prices, the quality of the food was inferior. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the cafe had a lively atmosphere due to its popularity. Ver carta
