this place has been around for a long time. Cool people (as in funky, quirky, nice not snobbish pretend cool! solid menu and decently priced drinks. They have a smokers lounge, outdoor beer garden, basement pool room. what else does a Bar need??

one of my favorite places to the breakfast in erfurt. the double b is very affordable, has fast service and tasty eating. it's a great place to meet with friends in the morning or evening. the personal is friendly and the location is close to the city center.

A must stop if you want to find one of Erfurt's special place. Pub style bar and set up, huge and great all day breakfasts list and a decent menu along. Great prices value and very nice staff!!! I am a foreigner just relocated...to Erfurt and hit the place every week. Younger crowd, large tables, warm and cozy with the garden outdoor area ... just feel like in a Northern Ireland local pub. One of my favorite places to eat in Erfurt. That's great that you can order either american or german food there. The portions are enourmous, but you can ask for a half of the dish and they will eagerly do it for you! Suitable for...vegetarians as well. The service is not super perfect, it's not a restaurant, but quite okay, none of the waiters were ever rude to me, they normally smile to you and behave really friendly, so you're in a good mood for the rest of the day. The location of it is pretty close to the city centre. They have a nice summer terrace and a special room for smoking.
