"Eine Freundes Gruppe von 9 Leuten waren gestern dort, vor Ort, essen. Wir wurden gut empfangen, und auch direkt bedient. Der Kellner war sehr jung und dementsprechend auch ziemlich unerfahren in dem was er tut… aber gut, im Endeffekt hat er im Großen und ganzen seinen Job gemacht. Wenn auch etwas holprig und in seiner Art bisschen nervig, aber er hat gekellnert. Wir hatten 3 Vorspeisen und dann auch eben 9 Pizzen. Die Vorspeisen kamen relativ zügig und haben auch gut geschmeckt. Auf die Pizzen mussten wir in Summe 2 h warten. 2h. Wir wurden mehrmals vertröstet das dein Teig wohl nicht funktionieren würde, was ja auch mal passieren darf, dennoch nicht mein Problem als Kunde. Aber gut wir warteten. Als die Pizza dann da war merkte man das der Koch etwas unter zeitlichen Druck stand, mein Boden war quasi nicht vorhanden, der Belag war sehr sporadisch und auch von okeer Qualität. Die Trüffelpizza meines Freundes war eig nicht genießbar wenn man diesen Riesen Haufen an Trüffel nicht etwas verkleinert hätte. Bei einem anderen Kollegen wurde der Schinken vergessen usw… die Pizza schmeckt, wenn man die als Pizza bewertet schon okay. Aber wenn man sie aus neapolitanischer Sicht bewertet, womit sie sich ja schließlich schmücken, bewegt sich sich im unteren Bereich. Der Kellner versuchte uns dann noch mit einen Limoncello die warte Zeit zu entschuldigen, vergebens. Zudem fragte er ob wir das Restaurant jetzt noch gut bewerten, ich musste kichern. Dann kam die Rechnung, bei der ich echt dachte sie versuchen, uns spätestens jetzt ein gutes Gefühl zu geben. Leider blieb auch das aus, eher im Gegenteil. Man ist uns keinen Cent entgegengekommen um sich vllt irgendwie bekenntlich zu zeigen, das man seiner Erwartung nach gutem Essen und einen gemütlichen Abend zu bieten nicht nach gekommen ist. Ganz im Gegenteil, bei der Rechnung erfuhren meine Kollegen das die zwei pizzabrote welche zu ihrer Vorspeise gereicht wurden nicht inklusive sondern extern auf die Rechnung kamen, wovon der Chef wenigstens eins auf Nachfrage raus löschte, bodenlos! Traurig. Leider haben sie da mit mir einen Kunden definitiv verloren. Ich hoffe sie lernen aus ihren Fehlern. Ps.: ich hatte ein pizza diavola mit extra zwiebeln"

"Also das ist mein erstes in Erfurt weil ich aus Leipzig komme und mal ganz ehrlich in Leipzig gibt es sehr viele Restaurants und sehr viele gute Restaurants nun ich hab in Leipzig nach einer besonderen Pizzarier gesucht und fand keine ich war ehrlich gesagt sehr oft und in sehr vielen Pizzariern aber keine war perfekt genau so hab ich meine Freunde nach einer besonderen Pizzarier gesucht also riet mir mein Freund zur Pizzarier Adem in Erfurt also ich dachte es wäre etwas zu weit für eine Pizzarier nun ich bin hier und es hat sich gelund zwei Stunden zu fahren also vielen dank fürs leckere essen immer gern einfach 100/5 SterneDie besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe"

"for me the best Indian in erfurt. the dishes are freshly prepared and taste authentic as in india: rice is free for curry and if it is not enough, they will also like to add something free. the sauces are also presented free of charge. the waiters are always very friendly, but never intrusive. we are often here and eat with bigger groups. curries, who were ordered sharply, also came sharp and curries, who were promised mildly, also came mildly, that is important for guests who like to eat Indian but not like to eat sharply. it is somewhat more expensive than the maharaja, where the service is not good, and cheaper than the bombay, where the food is unfortunately too faded. I am glad that punjabi virsa is again a good Indian in erfurt and this restaurant can recommend!"

"a visit to the louisiana is an absolute “must” for me when I come to a fury. the restaurant is located a bit away from the city in the vicinity of the radisson sas hotels . you can say between radisson sas and crämerbrücke. the kitchen is excellent! as the name suggests, there are mainly American southern states – or cajun – kitchen. for those who like this this is exactly the right restaurant. the foods are delicious and refined flavored a real taste experience. the service is quick and friendly. the waiting period between ordering and serving is in the frame. the restaurant is not quite inexpensive, but a visit is worth it. update mai 2016: after a long caring lack of opportunity I have chosen to pick up a table with my shady on the occasion of a weekend trip to Erfurt this locally again and some days previously reserved a table, which proved to be really necessary. the restaurant was very well visited in the evening at about 19 o'clock both in the interior and in the exterior. although a table was reserved for us, we prefer to take out a space outside during summer weather, which was made possible very easily. the concept of the gastronomic company has since my last visit before approx. 4 5 years something changed. while the south-eastern kitchen is still offered, the focus is now on steaks. you will not find any steak specialties such as dry aged, but the choice is neat and the composition of the dishes is not everyday. the price level is somewhat higher, which is due to the type of food and its excellent quality. in my opinion, the restaurant has put another taste in this view. the service is simply top. Even at high-powered the waitress who was responsible for us found a few friendly words and during serving our drinks and eating time for a very short chat. who wants to eat here should bring some time with high-powered. for this, what the kitchen supplies at the same level. also the public is very pleasant. we had a very nice and pleasant evening and will therefore also return here at our next visit in erfurt. card payment is accepted here. what remains to me other than to limit me to 5 stars and to put another heart on it. ;"
