Really cold and we ate our meal with our coats on. Waitress said the heating would not go any higher. Only one waitress on duty, very slow service.

very slow service, although this was recognized with some free oliven. pasta was very over boiled, dry. You think we forgot. others came in after us and got their food quickly.

Service was so poor, as if we were a inconvenience being there. Rude and didn't get our drinks till after we had eaten the starters. Absolutely disorganised, would not go again.

Do not order delivery unless you call in 3 hours before you want it. Alternatively pay £50 for two cold slightly congealed pizza. Feel so bad for the staff Service: Take out Price per person: £20–30

The service was incredibly slow, half our party had been served their drinks and about 20 minutes later the other half received theirs. It was not busy at the time but the team seemed more focused on the takeaway side of the business. The food was fine but nothing spectacular and overpriced for what it was. Overall it was a shame and I wish we had gone somewhere else.

The restaurant was cold, so much so that we kept our jackets on, not helped by the takeaway delivery drivers who didn 't always close the main doors. It became clear that takeaways were more important than seated customers. We waited 15 minutes to order, but it then took 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. After a further 10 minutes we asked how much longer would it be for our pizzas and were told 10 or 20 minutes . At this point I decided to pay for the drinks and take my grandsons somewhere warmer and speedier! All in all a disappointment.

Clean, good atmosphere with friendly staff. There was wheelchair access, and a lift. The Toilets were clean and well appointed. Most importantly, the food, that was really tasty. I didn't think the portions would be large enough, but surprisingly they were. They were just the right size and everything was really yummy. That extra attention to the details/ingredients in the food made all the difference. We all said we would go back. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to get inside.
