"here on 15/9. space for the 7/11, so almost 2 months in advance, as it was my friend birthday and he had important meeting this day in hamburg and I wanted it to be sorted so that he could focus on meeting and I could focus on the rest of his day special. I just want to say that none of us is from hamburg or Germany at all, so it is not super easy to find another place to eat, especially if they want a special evening and have made plans to go to a particular place. 3 days before the reservation I get an email that my reservation was canceled. I call them to find out what's going on, as I have booked almost 2 months in advance, and I say that they have a private dinner party this day to cancel the reservation. they claim that it was a mistake that I could make the reservation first, which is fair enough. but if they knew far in advance that people were not able to book this day, why I only told 3 days before. Beyond that, I simply got a “I regret this” and absolutely nothing more. So I have to find out somewhere else to eat in a city I never visited and don't know about it. many thanks for their amazing service and their consideration. so if they think to book here to be sure to have a good place for a birthday, a nice night out or other special things. do not book here unless you want to find another place in 3 days and have additional stress about it."

Super food and top of the line waiters. This restaurant serves some very good steaks. Try the dry aged meat, it has a nutty flavor to it and lots of umami. It is very good.

Great evening celebrating a birthday. Staff very attentive and guided us through the evening to make it very special. The meat was the best we have eaten in a long time. We shared 3 tartars and 4 steaks for 5 people. It was one steak...too much. We will come back! Ver carta

Recommend to try the botanical bar for an aperitivo pre dinner. Great selection of classic spirits and re-built cocktails and drinks. Appetizers were delicious. Steaks come of different cattle and cuts, for all tastes. We had filet and I can guarantee it’s top quality and...tenderness.

We had a business dinner during an event in Hamburg. The services was attentive and professional. Despite the huge range of meat offers there were plenty of vegetarian offers which was great, so it was an option for everyone. Good selection of wine. The quality...of food was good but I expect this from a restaurant at that level. Coming back and will recommend to friends.
