"2nd visit to this welcoming little restaurant bar located in the center of hasparren. good atmosphere, very good homemade pizza, dripping and well-stocked, a great bravo with pizzaiolo. good quality/quantity/price ratio. the many orders of pizzas to take away only the waiting time to be served at the table is long. Finally, the absence of a suction group in the pizza cooking space, makes that you find yourself repeatedly totally infused (unpleasantly unpleasant eyes and throat.) but if you want to eat a very good pizza it is the right address and a priori burgers it looks not bad."

"Here I am: brice, chef at this modest restaurant. We have taken note of your comment (although not constructive) and I feel obliged to tell you that it has made us laugh with my waitress and some customers accustomed to it...Petit explanation: with regard to the "salted" of veal I regret to inform you that it is not a disturbing bleed but a blanquette, so a meat cooked in a broth, which gives it a disquiet. and for cooking she had been simmering for two days at the corner of the fire, and I was forced to throw the remaining at the end of service because the meat was shaking. For the shark with green curry coco sauce I sold 16 servings this noon there, 3 people went through the kitchen to congratulate me. You are the only person who asked me to take your shark back, which is a sacrilege because the shark eats in the heart to avoid it being dry. less of course it is cooked in sauce like, for example, in rougai (recipe made the previous week). I understand that you didn't like the shark, it's a special treat that doesn't appeal to everyone. but I assure you that my skills are not questioned: gastronomicly yours."

"we came together to dinner on Sunday evening, February 14, 2016. apart from a menu at 35€ prepared for the holy valentine we have declined, a menu at 26€ was presented to us orally by the waitress. a frozen and warmed inlet (cuttered shrimp), a frozen and warmed fish, and an insipid dessert. all for 26€ per person. The waitress didn't give us a carafe wine, we fell on a bottle of wine at 22€. We spent 74€ for a mediocre meal. We expressed our discontent, it was actually confirmed to us that it was frozen and the waitress replied "we're not on the coast here". We live in Hasparren and we will not return."

"A nice place to spend the day, in the countryside, remarkable site. Very friendly and very open staff. From the welcome to the tasting of the dishes we found everything perfect. Anthony, the head of the room, perfectly masters his profession, manages everything, with always present the smile. What doesn't spoil anything... He's also good advice. The dishes that have been served are succulent and well presented. Congratulations to the cook who also masters his art!!!... The value/price ratio does not lend to any equivocation. This day leaves us an excellent memory. Bravo to the whole team... We'll probably come back..."
