"Great set up with lots of well spaced outdoor seating along the front and side with great shading and a lovely touch with pictures and flowers to decorate, creates a lovely atmosphere. We loved all the food we ordered, some fantastic Italian cheeses and charcuterie served very imaginatively. The service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended"

"This used to be our favourite place to eat. The best buns ever, wonderful ingredients, so well prepared and beautiful every time. However we ordered through Uber eats recently and it was almost inedible, so much sauce in the buns it was a disaster. We couldn't taste any of the fillings (soft shell crab chicken) they were swamped in sauce and quite badly seasoned. Something must have changed, the lady who used to run Sakura was impeccable and the food was always perfect. Our last experience was so far from this it feels like there’s no way it’s the same team. Such a shame as it was in our top places to eat."

"We have eaten here before and the food was great. We couldn't get in to eat tonight and so ordered a takeaway, which we waited for. Never again. The meat was good quality and tasty. the rice was stuck together and dry and the salad which should have made it better was dreadful. Small vaiety of lettuce, three half slices of cucumber deseeded and the rest was carrot, gherkins and red cabbage. I am hoping the food when eating in the restaurant is as good as it was, but never would I buy a takeaway from here again and it was pretty expensive."

"Paid for 16 oz of beef patty, received 12 oz (365 grams) a big discrepancy and when you consider that 16 oz vs 12 oz costs £4 more you would expect to receive exactly that. When I contacted the owner, he advised that all weights advertised are pre-cooking, and so a 16 oz burger is in fact 12 oz, a 8 oz 4 oz and so on. If I were the owner and valued the integrity of my business, I would add extra meat to account for the shrinkage, or add a disclaimer on delivery sites to inform customers of the same otherwise you are misrepresenting an item. Another piece of advice to the owner is not to dismiss a customers concerns by using the premise ‘I’ve got a reputable business and don’t receive complaints of this nature’ thus trivialising their concern. Treat each concern individually and with a helpful attitude. As for the burger, the patties contained too much flour (which is typically used as a binding agent, just less) making them very rubbery and without flavour, which left much to be desired."
