"I come here quite often and it normally doesn’t disappoint. But I came today about an hour ago and when I got home I found some of the chips were way undercooked. The battered sausage was a bit soggy but I’m putting that down to the journey back home. Overall a bit disappointing because normally this place is amazing"

"Lovely pit stop for lunch. We visited en route to our holiday in Pembrokeshire. We were given a warm welcome and the sandwiches were fresh, plentiful and tasty. They were served with a side salad and crisps. We also had a pot of tea for two, which came accompanied with a pot of hot water, which was plenty to top up for a second cup. The tea room was clean and the only reason for four stars not five is that it would have been nice to have some music on for atmosphere."

"I have been a regular at this restaurant for almost two years now. While I appreciate that it is open seven days a week, has reasonable prices, good coffee, and above-average cake choices, I am disappointed that they do not allow dogs inside. Despite the restaurant often being half empty, my dogs and I are forced to sit outdoors on the balcony in freezing temperatures, as we can't leave them at home. To make matters worse, there is limited covered seating, which is sometimes used by the staff and littered with cigarette butts that we have to clean up ourselves. It would be great if the restaurant could reconsider their policy on allowing dogs inside and also improve the cleanliness of their outdoor seating area. Customers should come first, not the comfort of their smoking staff."

"I recently moved to Llandrindod Wells and decided to treat myself with a restaurant meal TWENTY YEARS after a terrible experience with an Indian restaurant in my old town, where I had awful diarrhoea due to the shockingly bad hygiene.Exactly the same story with Zeera: the diarrhoea was so bad I disgraced myself and my jeans whilst walking around town the next day.I plan to live in Llandod until my dying day, and intended to go out to dine every two weeks to enjoy my retirement. At the visit to Zeera, I paid £20 for a meal, with beer. Therefore, by my reckoning of £20 x 26 weeks x twenty years, Zeera has lost my custom to the tune of £10,000. Never, ever again will I go into Zeera, and I urge all other customers to ignore the planted positive reviews and boycott this establishment."
