"Locale ubicato proprio nel centro di La Spezia, il primo ristorante in piazza se si viene dalla stazione, reperirlo è facilissimo. Il ristorante ha dei posti interni ed esterni( con tendostruttura, con pochi posti a sedere), si consiglia la prenotazione. All'arrivo (c'ero solo io) mi hanno accolto immediatamente e fatto accomodare anche se erano le 15:00. In 15 min ho avuto la mia pasta , che oltre forse al troppo olio, era davvero buona sia come cottura che come sapore del pesto. Il servizio è buono e la mise enplace si vede che è curata, come tutto il locale d'altronde. I prezzi per essere in piazza, sono medio bassi."

This may be the best Italian food I've ever had! Gnocchi with squid and clams was delicious. I had no idea gnocchi could be so good! The eggplant Parmesan was exceptional as well.

big pizza and pasta! I thought we were just going to drink, but eating the next table saw and had to order. everything was delicious and cheap. michael was very sweet and gave us some great tips for visiting the opposite. Ver carta

Dinner with friends last night. The place is very nice. Careful though informal service. Very helpful staff. Good food and quality. Good focaccia. The owner offered us coffee. It almost never happens. If you go to La Spezia I recommend eating there.

a little tourist with wine paper to take a look at me. however good raw materials cooked well. staff (at least regarding my experience) appeared a little inexperienced, but waiter however courteous. I would have put half a point less, but the framed net zaniolo is enough. ps would turn off TV during the service.

We ate pizza and pasta which were amazing! Although i ordered wrong pizza,after Michael explained why the pizza is different cleary , then he made a pizza as i want without expecting money as complimentary! Also people of FICO was helpful about our trip too. Not only for good foods but also for good people, and good communication you have to visit once. Pasta and pizza Ver carta

Bottom line up front...one of the best restaurants I’ve dined at in Italy. The hospitality of the staff was top notch, and the prices were fair. They even let us sit down 10 minutes before they opened. This is the beginning our second week traveling...through Italy. We have been to Sorento, Positano, Capri, Pompeii, Rome, and Pisa, and eaten at multiple restaurants at all locations, so this says a lot. Strongly recommend.

Siamo stati a cena in sei e siamo stati bene, il personale molto gentile e premuroso i piatti erano tutti buoni sia le pizze che antipasti e secondi( polpo, tartare e tagliata di tonno, maialino e fritto) l'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto è stata la farinata. Il locale è tutto nuovo e ben arredato , unica pecca avevamo il tavolo davanti alla porta quindi ogni volta che veniva aperta prendevamo freddo ,consiglio un plexiglass protettivo magari...ad ogni modo siamo stati coccolati, amaro e limoncino offerti da Michele. Lo consiglio!!

"My husband and I took the train from Rapallo to La Spezia because we had read about andree. We are so glad that we did. We chose the three course lunch and liked that there were so many options for each course. Once we experienced the food and the perfect wine pairings, we can say that the quality/price ratio was outstanding. My husband saw beef and oysters on the menu, but since we don’t eat meat, Chef Andrea kindly prepared an extra off menu appetizer for him of three raw oysters. Our ordered appetizers were sweet succulent mussels in a velvety cauliflower cream sauce and a delicious artichoke heart with almonds and Castelmagno cheese. For our pasta course we chose the calamarta pasta with black eyed peas and rosemary and the tagliolini with clams both were delicious. For our secondi piatti my husband ordered the red mullet with broccoli, anchovies, pistachios, and a light orange sauce, while I chose today’s catch, which was amberjack wrapped in chard. We switched plates midway, and we were hard pressed to say which was better, because both were fantastic. Each of the courses was paired beautifully with lovely wines from small production vineyards. Unfortunately, we lingered too long over each course and realized after we had ordered dessert that we only had 30 minutes to catch our train back to Rapallo. They insisted that we eat dessert while they called us a cab, and while we wolfed it down (instead of savoring it the way we would have liked to), we only saw after we got back that they never charged us for dessert. Chef Andrea is an extremely talented chef and a warm and generous man who genuinely wants his diners to enjoy his food. What a pleasure it was to briefly make his acquaintance and to have the opportunity to experience this exquisite lunch."
