"We dined here twice during our four night visit to Quedlinburg. Our meals were superb, my husband had the same tagliatelle with mushrooms and peas both nights and he’s not really a big pasta fan! I had a feta salad the first night, second time,...I tried the baked asparagus with Parmesan cheese and the ham, served with salad. Both nights, my salads were extremely fresh with just enough tasty dressing to compliment them, not overpower them. Healthy fresh meals, which I love. If you enjoy tiramisu you must order this one, my gosh it was delicious. It’s obvious that there is a lot of pride taken by staff working here. We had two really fun nights at Schiller’s. If only we lived closer, we’re from Australia!"

"good, creative and light eating with very good and dedicated service. a matching weinbegleitung. we had as an appetizer a purple sweet potato soup and a forest mushroom consommÃ. both well done. as an intercourse goat's cheese (as a fresh cheese) with urkarotte, feige and kimchi. a beautiful sweet-skinning game with different consistency and aromen. as main dish on the one hand lammed with polenta, powerful sauce and red beetroot. a nice combination that can harmonize with the red-beet-sorbet as a light contrast to the heavier sauce, and the court took the heavy. the other main dish was fish, a stone beetle with risoni, tamarinde and water spinach. also very fine and successful implemented. as dessert there were then brombeere, sudachi, blueberry and opalys. light and creatiw with different temperatures and consistency. that was dessert was a bright, fruity-lighter final point of an overall successful culinary evening. I was now in October for the second time in the weinstube eating and was able to perceive a slight increase at high level against my previous visit in September. especially the desserts I found more creative and lighter, more filigree."

"Many vegan possible variations possible, even in the sweet variants. Unfortunately there is no longer much left from the vegan cream, vegan cheese unfortunately there is not yet, that would make it perfect. Prices around 9-10 euros per piece, all so CAN eat for 18,50 € possible. Smaller version for -2 EUR at normal price possible. Book it!"

"We ate the most amazing Greek food tonight. We had Greek salad, Gyros, gyros and pork steaks and pasta with Chicken. The food was perfect and servings were very generous! Fresh fresh and fresh!!! Sotiris was an outstanding host. Decor inside and out is very...pleasant and inviting and great ambience. Thank you for a most memorable occasion! Highly recommended and a must visit for the beautiful town of Quendlinburg."

"We actually visited this small, nice and cosy restaurante twice during our visit to Quedlinburg. The first time we left after 5 minutes as the restaurant was empty (at 6.30 pm) and there was no waiter to be seen... Next time there where other guests, and a waiter present. It is a small restaurante and it was 8 other guests at another table so we understood we would have to wait some time for our food. But we also had to wait for our drinks... The menu is mainly "Flammkuchen" and the wine options are limited and only by glass. The Flammkuchen was nice and so was the wine, but I would have apriciated the service to be a little more attentive and friendly."
