"good, creative and light eating with very good and dedicated service. a matching weinbegleitung. we had as an appetizer a purple sweet potato soup and a forest mushroom consommÃ. both well done. as an intercourse goat's cheese (as a fresh cheese) with urkarotte, feige and kimchi. a beautiful sweet-skinning game with different consistency and aromen. as main dish on the one hand lammed with polenta, powerful sauce and red beetroot. a nice combination that can harmonize with the red-beet-sorbet as a light contrast to the heavier sauce, and the court took the heavy. the other main dish was fish, a stone beetle with risoni, tamarinde and water spinach. also very fine and successful implemented. as dessert there were then brombeere, sudachi, blueberry and opalys. light and creatiw with different temperatures and consistency. that was dessert was a bright, fruity-lighter final point of an overall successful culinary evening. Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Abend zum Abschluss unseres Quedlinburg Besuchs bei Ihnen . Ausgezeichneter Service und Speisen. Obwohl Kinder sicher nicht ihre Zielgruppe sind, wurde sehr gut auf unsere Enkelin eingefangen. Vielleicht können Sie noch ein Eis in die Kinderkarte aufnehmen. Ver carta

Ein perfekter Abend, der Aufwand, die erforderlichen Tests (2G plus) einzuholen hat sich gelohnt. Bei Buchung wurde nach dem Anlass gefragt. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag, was ich daher vermerkt hatte. Ich hätte also erwartet, dass dies in irgendeiner Art Berücksichtigung gefunden hätte, sei es durch Dekoration, ein Getränk o.ä. Dies war nicht der Fall. Ansonsten war aber alles wunderbar und der Service sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Ambiente ohnehin wunderbar, Speisen und Getränke exzellent. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: -Location. Short walk from Downtown. -Ample Parking. -Breakfast was OK, warm food selection was lacking. Most mornings it was scrambled eggs and one selection of meat. You could ask pancakes be made to order. -Rooms were clean and well maintained. -Beautiful courtyard. Cons: -No Air Conditioning. We requested a portable one for our stay, but it simply did not cool the room. It was not a full portable AC and simply one of those humidifier/blower combos with no exhaust hose. This forced us to open the windows, but the heat and road noise prevented a good night's sleep during our stay. -Price. At over $700 for a 3 night stay, its overpriced for what you get.
