Recently attended a funeral tea ,service ok ,food ok but NOT one of the staff had a smile or looked happy to be there ! Is this the way that the mighty McGinty Group run there businesses ?

Go here quite regularly but last twice ordered panini and it was not very crispy as it should be and normally is. Feel food not so good as before. Another time was asked by waitress would we be leaving a tip found that quite rude
