"Last night, my partner and I ordered dinner from a restaurant through Uber Eats around 8pm. Our food arrived at around 9:10pm, but when we opened it, we realized that our order was incorrect. The fries we received were pale, hard, and undercooked, and the cheeseburger we ordered plain was covered in mayo, which I am allergic to. The meal was inedible. Despite the restaurant closing at 9pm, my partner called them immediately to inform them of the mistake. They answered the phone, but hung up after we explained the situation. I tried calling back multiple times with no answer. My partner then went to the restaurant, but the staff refused to help or rectify the situation. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable."

I had Prawn Davalo, very bland, apart from the chilli, which was needed, as no other taste. My husband had ribs which were quite OK.

Top morning at Frankie and Benny's here in Kings Lynn. Had a top traditional breakfast from the chef Marek.Always great service from Kelly and Fran.

The fish was disgusting, batter soggy and stodgy. Ribs had hardy any meat in them. Chips not much better. Really disappointed. Staff were pleasant and helpful! Won’t be going back!

We were seated at alternate tables only and the service was quick and friendly. The food was better than our previous experience at F B's in Barnsley. The full rack of ribs was excellent. Ver carta

Good food, good service, good atmosphere and good value! Also as well a cleaning and masks etc. all the server held the plates with a napkin so their hands never actually touched the places. Not something I have seen in any other restaurant so far.

I recently visited this restaurant for a catch up with friends! I was really impressed with their attitude and commitment to the coronavirus regulations and felt that this is one of the safest places that I have visited! The food is good (presentation wasn’t up to much! in taste and served in a timely fashion with polite staff. My whole bill came to £15 and that was for three courses and two drinks.

We had a great experience at lunch time today. Our mains came in around 10 minutes and desserts the same so we spent just under an hour there which was ideal for our fairly busy day. The food was delicious and very reasonably portioned to the point where we sadly had to leave some to leave room for dessert which was equally as good.Our server Paige was lovely she was very attentive and happy, we will be returning! We are a family of six that visited today for lunch, the food was lovely but what most impressed us was the lovely waitress, I asked a gentleman for her name as in all honesty we have never had such a warm, smiley welcome from any restaurant that we have visited before, she was really lovely and an asset to your company, a big thumbs up for Paige from all of us! I hope I’ve remembered her name correctly so just incase I haven’t she has really dark hair and tattoos) Keep smiling Paige

We ordered a click and collect meal due to Covid restrictions. Unfortunately, the food was cold and inedible. The burger was disgusting, the chips and garlic bread were stone cold, and the onion rings were soggy and cold. Luckily, my wife ordered a different choice which was also cold, but apparently not as bad as mine. We were extremely disappointed as this was supposed to be a treat for our wedding anniversary and it was not cheap. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

"We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
