The restaurant offers tasty dishes at affordable prices with attentive service, but the noise level was surprisingly high.

DO NOT BOOK A TABLE THROUGH THESE PEOPLE IT DOESNT BOOK!!!!! But Loved frankie and bennys even though was abit pricey! But with a voucher is fab!

it was my first time there and I was very pleasantly surprised. the service was before place and the food was absolutely beautiful. highly recommended, and I will be back. Ver carta

Today the pizzeria party called children an absolute ball that made himself. the manager was an absolute gent even let the children watch their pizza cook and could simply not do enough. will definitely be back.

We used this restaurant when we were at Holiday Inn Express and it was easy to reach on foot. We were very happy that we used Frankie and Benny's food, as the food was very good and the staff was friendly and pleasant. All in all a good experience.

excellent service, eating was amazing and the dame that served our table was super, very efficient and very friendly, made our night a great night, she remembered the drinks we had ordered before, when we reordered, she was funny and smiling and made us feel like we were her only customers in this night. Their food were great especially their breakfast! Great value for money. it was all set in a lovely welcoming atmosphere but I do hate it whenever they play the Happy Birthday song! They always make it super loud that it will either put the birthday person in shame or deaf every customers. My kids loved the food.

One of the best F&B's Ive been too. Food was fantastic, service was even better. Advice was brilliant in relation to my daughter having a dairy allergy, order was taken quickly, food again came without delay. Wish I had the girls name who served us (young girl said she goes to alton towers every year) as she was fantastic and deserves recognition

It was what you expect from a F&B's. The staff were very courteous and the food was of good quality. I do think it's quite expensive for what it is but I did have a voucher for 25% off total bill that made it better value. We were placed near the door to the toilets and as such could smell a faint hint of them everytime some opened the door to use them. Ver carta
