Booked a table online when arriving no table was available due to double booking fine ok then we ordered food which was under cooked let’s say actually raw

Dry chicken and Luke warm fries. This used to be a place to go after a visit to the cinema/ bowling ect, but now ad it's become so much more busier, I feel the food as gone down hill.

Visited this Nando’s with my cousins and had a brilliant time. Food was amazing and the customer service was 10/10! Specifically a member of staff called Billy, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He even joined in one of our TikTok’s! Was a great guy and was so cheerful, he made our day. Really recommend this Nando’s to dine in!

Absolutely disgusted by the member of staff named Samantha who claims to be a manager. She was rude to me and my friend when visiting and making comments on our personal appearances but was fine with the customers behind us. Extremely prejudiced lady! I usually love nandos but will not be going to this branch ever again. Staff should learn customer service values and be trained to a better standard. Absolutely appalled.

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and thoughtful during our visit. They provided prompt and efficient service even during the busy lunchtime at half term. Our server noticed my son's birthday badge and surprised him with a dessert complete with a candle and a birthday song sung by fellow colleagues, which was a lovely touch. It had been years since our last visit to F B, but we were pleased to see that the restaurant still has a great team and serves delicious food.

Came here for the first time and was disappointed in the food. The chicken came out dry. When we mentioned it to the manager he came and had a look at it, poked his fingers around the chicken and then said, that feels moist enough to me. It really wasn’t, and I presume he thought we should just eat the food after he had poked his fingers around in it. He did then offer to replace that particular piece of chicken, but again the chicken was dry. Looking around it appeared that a lot of people were being served quite dry chicken. Probably won’t go back to this Nandos, the one at Manchester fort is miles better.

We dined in on Sunday 26 May. We brought my mother who’s not very well and eats very little. Unfortunately part of her order a mushroom was served stone cold. We returned it and upon replacement it was worse than the first time. It transpired that it hadn’t been cooked. My mother was getting upset as she wasn’t able to enjoy her meal. When we complained the manager Ryan came to see us at our table, apologised profusely and offered anything we wanted (off the menu) on the house. We ended up ordering some desserts which were delicious. Overall the meal was very enjoyable and this was for a big part because of the exemplary customer service that Ryan and his team provided.
