"I personally dislike online booking and prefer speaking to an actual person! When we arrived, we were seated quickly, but it took 15 minutes for someone to come back and take our order, which was nice. However, the service felt rushed and unresponsive. During my reservation, I specifically requested that the "Happy Birthday" song be played when dessert arrived to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but that did not happen. We presented our Wowcher voucher, but when the bill came, we were charged again! We couldn’t prove it at the time, and since it was a special occasion for my husband's birthday, we didn't want to make a fuss, so we paid and planned to follow up later. Upon reviewing my account, it turns out we had already paid. Are they supposed to add a voucher to the bill in advance? We ended up paying £40 for a £20 credit (my husband has email evidence of this). Overall, it was not a good experience, which is quite disappointing since it was our first time out without our children in a very long time!"

The dining experience was underwhelming. The service was inconsistent, and they seemed to be quite busy. The tables were crammed together, which made for an uncomfortable environment. The highlight of the evening was the young waitress, who was juggling a tablet full of glasses.
