"As with any Frankie Bennys this place was not cheap however the food we received was fresh and tasty. The reason for the 5 star review was that we had EXCEPTIONAL service from a lovely lady named Heather who literally went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was met with a warm smile. She is a credit to the company and if they could replicate her in every branch it would be fantastic! If you visit and you are lucky enough to be served by Heather make sure you tip her well! She earns it!"

Many options in the menu. We had the burger and the hot dog. Everything was clearly marked, including wine!

The food and service was great. Children's meals had great portion sizes for the little ones and child's pudding had a great variety with their ice cream. Definitely recommend. Ver carta

We had a nice time here for my sons birthday meal. It was near to the Snowdome Tamworth so was a good choice after a visit there. This Frankie and Benny's does have a car park but there is a small charge. All in all it was great to dine there and the staff were very pleasant.

the new vegan menu is wonderful! pizzas, soupen, hot dogs, burger, mac n cheese, garlic bread pizza, vegan mayo, ice...so much choice! really recommend the kansas city pizza the mac no cheese (cauliflower butternut squash sauce) is quite a small part, so it would be as one side to another dish, but not alone. update feb 2021: the beet burger with fried aubergine is amazing! oreo cake was also delicious. it tasted as if it had been made with whipped cream.
