"I was very disappointed with this place. I used to love coming here for ice cream, but today I encountered a rude staff member. We purchased four ice creams on cones to enjoy while walking along the beach. However, when it started raining, we decided to sit inside the shop to eat them, only to be told by a staff member that the tables were reserved for dine-in orders only and that we had to leave. The shop wasn't even busy, and it was raining. This experience was really disappointing, and I will definitely not be returning."

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The quality has declined significantly since the new owners took over, and the staff is rude and unhelpful.

Came here with a group of The Hive service users. The staff her are absolutely brilliant with the disabled people. We have been many times. My client had the banoffee pie, and the portion size was huge. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating.

Since the name change, I’ve noticed an improvement in the quality of the ice cream. I really enjoyed my favorite combination of salted caramel and chocolate on a waffle cone. The Italian ice cream here is of excellent quality and has unique flavors. The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit enjoyable. It's truly the best gelateria we've experienced in the UK, and we've tried many! We're looking forward to our next trip to Eastbourne to indulge in their delightful ice cream again. Highly recommended!

You can taste the quality with their products Rich, creamy and with a wide selection of decadent flavour choices If you prefer the plain stuff they’ve got you covered too!
