The restaurant has a distinct Japanese style, but the vegetarian options are limited, which is surprising considering it is located in a gym. It is a great choice for those who enjoy fish.

Best all round dining experience, food was amazing. Great menu and excellent choices. Tempera prawns were awesome, beef medallions tasty and the brownie dessert to die for. We will be back.

The restaurant provides outstanding fusion dishes with lovely plating. However, I was let down by the limited vegan entree choices, which were only a salad or a Sushi Maki roll. Additionally, only one smoothie option is vegan, as the rest contain yogurt. Despite this, the sushi, particularly the maki rolls, are delightful. The staff is amiable, constantly cheerful, and offers top-notch service.

Have to say that the quality of the food exceeded my expectations and everything we tried was really delicious. Its an exciting menu and I went with a friend who doesn't care for sushi so I am keen to return to try some more of the dishes. The decor is outstanding and we found the service OK. It was a little slow , but very polite. Fuzen is not cheap but overall I did not feel ripped off and would definitely go back.

Tengo que decir que la calidad de la comida superó mis expectativas y todo lo que probamos estaba realmente delicioso. Es un fascinante menú y fui con un amigo que no le importan para sushi así que estoy con ganas de volver a probar algunos de los platos más. La decoración es excepcional y el servicio nos pareció bien. Fue un poco lento, pero muy educado. Fuzen no es barato, pero en general no me sentí estafado y sin duda volveremos.

I recently dined at this restaurant for a special occasion and was a bit disappointed with the service. Despite booking a table while sitting at the bar, I was later informed that the kitchen was not taking any more bookings. After a tense confrontation, we were eventually seated. It was puzzling as there were seven empty tables in the restaurant. It seemed like the owners were present but the chef struggled to handle even half capacity. The food, however, was excellent. It's important for the restaurant to improve its service, especially when there are empty tables on a Saturday night.

At 12:15 pm on the day of my reservation, I received a voicemail stating that my reservation would be cancelled unless I paid a deposit by 1 pm. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that my reservation was confirmed and a deposit was not required. Despite this, I received another threatening message shortly after, prompting me to make a payment just to secure my reservation. Once I arrived at the restaurant, everything went smoothly and the service was great. However, it is important for establishments expecting patrons to spend significant amounts of money to ensure that the service provided is excellent from the first interaction.

Recientemente hemos cenado aquí para una ocasión especial. Me decepcionó un poco en el servicio. Esto es que yo reservamos una mesa mientras nos sentamos en el bar. Nos dirigimos a ir a que nos sentaran que luego me dijeron que la cocina no estaban aceptando más!!! Tenía una muy incómoda confrontación hasta que finalmente nos sentaramos. No estoy seguro de por qué este fue el caso, ya que habíamos reservado una mesa y el restaurante tenía 7 mesas vacías.
