Great food, pleasant staff, reasonably priced. A bit odd, that you can't pay with a credit card. Nice view over the water. A good experience.

We're on the way here. The good reviews have led us here. Although it was quite late (22.00 we were very friendly received and served. The food was excellent and worth it. We are happy to come back to Lübeck next visit:

Top address when it comes to Indian cuisine! Super food, fair prices and very friendly service. A little far away... but not from tourists. The location, right on the Wakenitz, is fantastic and in summer you should secure a place on the Terasse. (Pre-order table) Unrestricted to recommend!

Very tasty food, the best Indian in the city in any case, the portions make pleasure for more and I often wanted them to be a bit bigger. Unfortunately, the waiter is a little unfriendly and has an energetic effect even if it is not stressful, but it does not stop us from eating there! Prices are decent, not too expensive, not too cheap, you get something for your money. We recommend the Butter Chicken and the Mango Lassi!

My job takes me places and I am always in seek of tasty Indian cuisine... and Gandhi is Its one of the BEST INDIAN restaurant which serves BEST quality and TASTY food!! The hotels owner is very accommodating and tries to give the best service to his customers!! I was in Lubeck for 3 weeks and I made sure to visit the restaurant whenever I got a chance for lunch dinner!! If you want the REAL taste of INDIAN food....... Do visit this hotel! We're not coming back... An Indian atmosphere does not come up. We had three appetizers and four main dishes. Appetizers and main dishes were delicious, but we could have eaten the food at home on the sofa and so it was nothing special. But the service was the real reason we wouldn't get out. We had to wait a long time before we could order, and between no one came to ask if we still want something. Wheelchair drivers should avoid this restaurant, the steep staircase is an insurmountable obstacle. We made the ascent and don't know what's going on. I am not sure if I would call my restaurant `Gandhi`, the small nickel glasses nightwear as a gallion figure for a dining room that is already dared. A friendly welcome from the entire staff and free choice. The interior looked well maintained, clean but also came out in the years. We didn't hesitate long and sat in the fresh air.
