"frankfurter gas house with frankfurter feed and arrange that we appreciate frankfurter and also foreign guests. cozy but not huge dining room. small beer garden connected. only the parking situation is partly somewhat tense but to walk a few steps running is not the worst. tasty apple wine and hessian specialties, cozy beer garden let the footpath forget. specialties such as hand cheese with music or also the frankfurter schnitzel with green sauce is recommended. but also the rest of the menu can be seen for every taste is something there, the friendly service is inclusiv also the chef can be seen occasionally and is always for a nice chat. the price-performance ratio unbeatable! due to the popularity it comes sometimes at waiting times but who does not bring time is here miss at the place. as we have friends in berkersheim we are regularly there and are always convinced of hospitality, food and drink. If in the evening horses are still on the road and are on the road with the tractor, you hardly think that you are still in frankfurt."

A typical Frankfurter Äppleweinkneipe. With many customers, a little loud, good wine, prices are acceptable. Very friendly and funny hosts. There are also food, typical German dishes.

A local friend brought me here, and I loved the atmosphere and also the food was great. I had pork knuckle, and the local beer brand Kellerbeer is absolutely tasty. And the place is very reasonable priced. They also have a theatre in the back , which I didn't attend , but I was told that the shows are worth seeing .

We were there with a small group. We sat very nice outside. The menu offers local dishes in a reasonable number. Although not much was going on, we had to wait long for the orders of the extremely friendly service. I had the hand cheese with music that was very tasty. The other one also tasted it. The prices were good, so for a rest, especially because it is recommended directly on the green belt route!

Ash Wednesday with 8 girls....we had a table reserved for traditional heringsessen. the service was, as always, nice, friendly and courteous. The drinks came as always fast and well tempered. there were red matjessalat, traditional heringsessen and matjes to choose from. the herring was very tasty, enough soak and potatoes. also the matjes I should try, which were also super delicate. all in all. good evening. soon again to recommend carving or rumpsteak in the lemp. See you soon.

Great German restaurant in northern suburbs of Frankfurt. Food and drink (particularly beer) to the usual high standards of the area. A Stammtisch was in full flight, with mature lads playing dice and drinking schnapps. The place was full of locals (even booking by phone, we were lucky to get a table) and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Some traditional German restaurants can be a bit serious. This one was just great fun. If you 're in the area, highly recommended. (Just be aware cash or German debit cards only).
