"This is prime real estate here in Ebermannstadt, on the corner of mainstreet. what is most disconcerting is that this place stays in business for more than 2 years. it replaces a former hot coffee corner cafe, with the worst indian food i have ever had, along with the most frustrating wait staff experience in modern times. it is an exercise in patience with a geriatric owner struggling to recall your order, keep up with simple drink requests and to low ball his staff and highball the customer. prices change depending on the day. the menu we received had one price (lower) and upon ordering we were hit with a bill to include a 15% markup on said items. when brought to owners attention, he fumbled out something about those being the old menus. rather than make right, he argued his point. in the end, we left vowing never to return. i did try the take out after that, and the results were terrible. if you like oversalted, barely recognizeable indian food, along with freaky deaky service, this is the place for you. might i suggest halloween only? perhaps our 3 experiences were outliers, as they have managed to stay open these few years. however, the business before had full tables outside on weekends, and with this location one would expect the same. ive never seen anywhere close to a solvent business; each drive by has nobody outside, and nobody inside. if anything this could be the 8th wonder of the world, managing to stay open with no customers. if driving by, keep on driving. pay no quarter to this establishment nor this most shady of ownership. do him a favor and put him out of business. he has NO place running a restaurant. absolute nightmare. total travesty. what a wanton waste of space!!!!! god help them, and best of luck in retirement."

"Schön ist das Lokal und die beiden Damen im Service haben uns freundlich bedient. Unsere Wahl waren 2 klassische Pizzen, bei denen man eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen kann. Jede Region hat ihren Pizzastil aber hier hat Form, Belag und auch der harte Boden nicht überzeugen können, die Pizzen waren gut, aber ähnliches können wir auch kaufen und zu Hause essen. Der Preis ist angenehm aber mehr durfte es auch nicht kosten. Wir kommen mal wieder vorbei!"

"And I have eaten many, many dishes of sauerbraten in my years of living and working in Germany. Hundreds. The sauerbraten at the Schwanenbrau is served in two nice, thick pieces which are tender enough to be easily picked apart with a fork (as...it should be) the gravy is exceptional, not too thin, not too thick, just right and sweet. Served with a large bread dumpling which I ate and a potato dumpling which I ate about of. Delicious red cabbage. Only disappointment was the lack of any jelly or cranberry or currant sauce, to which I am accustomed. The gravy was sweet enough to offset this either oversight or just omission on the part of the cook. I told the waitress it was the best of my life and she passed it on to the kitchen. Delicious house beer as well. I had a Weizen with my sauerbraten but next time will choose a lighter pilsner as I was pretty stuffed when I walked out."

"Immer wieder gut! Preis-Leistung ist hier angenehm! (Nur nicht nachlassen! Speisenangebot ist ausreichend! Auch immer wieder mal besonderheiten mit Vorankündigung auf FB-Seite! Sollte für viele Geschmäcker was dabei sein! Freundlich sind 's a und der Lieferservice für Feiern etc. ist sagenhaft und sehr zuverlässig!!! 4 X getestet, 3 X Note 1, 1 X Note 1,5, wird wiederholt! Die Öffnungszeiten sind aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen leider etwas eingeschränkt, was teils Schade ist. Alles in allem aber sehr, sehr empfehlenswert! Fränkisch emotional beschrieben: bassd scho!"
