with my wife we ate here several times, the quality of food always excellent, the courtesy of the staff who welcomed us and recommended in our choices, is a place to return

nothing to say for pizza, but they are badly organized:booked x 20.15 and we entered the premises after half an hour having to wait in the cold with 3 small children. Little attention to the customer.

While the food was fair, the wait staff seemed disinterested. However what made the experience disappointing was when my wife went to use the restroom and returned all shook up. There were multiple roaches walking around the restroom floor. There are so many options is Florence, I'd pick somewhere else to dine.

excellent local with the appearance of an inn 2 steps from the lakeside. if even arrived in a full motorcycle evening, welcomed and managed immediately and in a very educated way. once at the table received the menu immediately and also drink; excellent proposals even if our choice fell on the pizza...and it was really great (if I hadn't seen the electric oven I would never have said it), perfect cooking, excellent ingredients and dough for a normal price. staff always available, kind and with the smile he knew how to fully satisfy our table.

Don't believe the naysayers. There may be cockroaches in the ladies room. I dod not check. Just don't play with them. This is italy. Be nice to the staff. Food is great. Golden Arches may offer you **** r free bathrooms. But fo you want yo eat there? Check the menu. Order Pasta or Risotto, water, a house wine maybe secondi and dome red house wine and aqua naturale. For dolci tira misu or crema cotta. And you have an evening. I spoke with the server they try but it's an old building in a very old town. If you don't like it stay home got to the suburban shopping mall food court.

I am currently with my husband in Florence. We have had great meals and experiences in every restaurant, until today. Both my husband and I ordered pizzas and they were very good. The problem occurred when we waited too long for the server and I decided to use the ladies room where a family of roaches is living in plain sight. Not being naive, I assume many food establishments around the world have ROACHES, but they should NOT be on display for the customers. My husband, being a gentleman, paid the bill and we left. I don't speak Italian, but my husband does. His response to my disgust was to notify future diners on Yelp. I hope this helps!
