My favorite little restaurant on avignon. a lot of memories here, an interior atmosphere that transports us in the past, good little comforting dishes, a smiling and friendly staff. I can't help stopping me there when I come on avignon.

It is located in a beautiful square in this beautiful city, I love that without saying anything they give you your bottle of water (what a great advance in France), we ordered a plate with 3 different types of cakes, all very delicious, the bread a bit hard, It comes with a fairly large salad and a great price. They were friendly and enjoying the square is the best.

A lovely little lunchtime spot to eat. There was plenty of shade outside, lots of seats with parasols, all in a lovely square with a fountain in the middle. A simple menu with a variety of hot and cold open sandwiches, starters and some nice drinks options too. The waiting staff were polite and attentive, and the food arrived quickly. We particularly enjoyed the mixed starter with some tasty cheeses and crusty bread. The main course was great, my son enjoyed the anchovy open sandwich and my wife really liked the smoked salmon.
