"If you have allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements, this restaurant may not be suitable for you. My dinner experience here was chaotic. The set menu only listed soup as a vegan option. Despite explaining my dietary restrictions to three different staff members, I received conflicting information on what I could eat as a vegan. The only starter available was soup and the only dessert option was a fruit platter, which was disappointing. I ended up ordering the pork belly with plain new potatoes (the pork belly was good), as it was one of the few options available to me. The vegan gnocchi I had hoped for was not available on the Friday evening of my visit. I contacted guest relations about my experience, but their response indicated that all staff receive allergen training and are aware of alternative options. However, this did not align with my experience, and it felt as though the blame was placed on me as the customer. If I had not been staying at the hotel and had paid for dinner separately, I likely would not have chosen to eat here. The breakfast, on the other hand, was good, so I am giving one star for that."

This is my new favorite restaurant in Buckinghamshire! It offers the most beautiful dining experience I've had. The food is delicious and the view from the winter garden is stunning.

We had a wonderful experience at The Glaze. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and took the time to explain the entire menu to us. We both tried the Indian starters, including lachs and huh. For our main courses, I had the butter chicken, which was delicious, and my partner had the grilled chicken breast. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. We will definitely be returning.

This dinner was a part of an overnight stay with my partner at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Marlow. The restaurant environment in the evening was super quiet (we had the last reservation) and it was low lit, perfect for a romantic date night. Our evening meal itself was fabulous the ceviche of chalk Stream Trout starter (with caviar I think or something similar) was lovely, the chicken tikka (my partner's meal) was tasty and the medium rare Sirloin Steak was impeccable and nicely cooked. Compliments to the chef for this last minute order!

Stayed at the hotel for over two weeks on a business trip. First day tried to order food the server a lady spent so much time explaining what they didn't have rather than what qe could have. Waited 30 mins no service and we were walking out when she explained a bar menu we could order. Again waited for so long we walked out and went elsewhere. Breakfast is good but no fruit which you could take with you. Restaurant closest at 9.30pm and they refused to take a order at one minute late, even though we had been out all day at work. Some of the bar staff are miserable but Jonathan was helpful and brought our drinks to our table.

They couldn't find my birthday booking and we had to wait in the entrance for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. I had to show my email booking multiple times upon arrival. We had to keep reordering food and drink as they kept on forgetting my orders. Waiter was very apologetic but kept saying they were under staffed. Breakfast was even worse and I had to reorder my veggie sausages 3 times as they kept forgetting to bring them over. Even though the waiter told me the sausages were already prepared when I arrived, it took him over 30 minutes to bring them over. To top it all off they accidentally charged me twice for the room! We arrived at the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon only to be told that it was fully booked. We had planned on ordering room service, but due to the busy nature of the restaurant, that option was not available either. The staff informed us that if we wanted to eat, we would have to go somewhere else.
