"Paid for 16 oz of beef patty, received 12 oz (365 grams) a big discrepancy and when you consider that 16 oz vs 12 oz costs £4 more you would expect to receive exactly that. When I contacted the owner, he advised that all weights advertised are pre-cooking, and so a 16 oz burger is in fact 12 oz, a 8 oz 4 oz and so on. If I were the owner and valued the integrity of my business, I would add extra meat to account for the shrinkage, or add a disclaimer on delivery sites to inform customers of the same otherwise you are misrepresenting an item. Another piece of advice to the owner is not to dismiss a customers concerns by using the premise ‘I’ve got a reputable business and don’t receive complaints of this nature’ thus trivialising their concern. Treat each concern individually and with a helpful attitude. As for the burger, the patties contained too much flour (which is typically used as a binding agent, just less) making them very rubbery and without flavour, which left much to be desired."

"fantastic restaurant!br****Cristina's gave us well seasoned and perfectly cooked, juicy steaks for me and my partner, both come with wonderful sides. the quality of the meat was clearly premium and they gave us an Argentine glaze/ sauce called chimmichurri or something that INCREDIBLE!Ambiance was beautiful, good wine selection and cool lounge music in the background."

"We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Indian Aroma restaurant and would visit again. The staff (especially Mr. Rohit) was so friendly and serviced with great ambience. He made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. We have been suggested with the best dishes as per our taste! Both the veg and non veg foods are appetising. We really enjoyed Prawns Biryani, Lamb chops and Chicken 65. The veg starter Gobi Manchurian is also delightful and you’ll definitely love it!! The price is very much reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food served. This place would be ideal for those who want to dine out with family."

"I've beeb going chans since I was a little f Girl I'm now 54, my dad has-been going since he was in his teens his is now 81,my dad said years ago they use to serve the curry sauce in a milk bottle, and i also remember the chowmein take away wrapped in tin foil which I really miss, I do think they have gone down hill as the curry sauce has changed and the famous orange sweet and sour sauce is now like all the other Chinese places darker red and a bit vinegar, and the chips are no where near how they use to be its ashame as some of these trates was what made them unique to many long loyal customers."

"Very nice, fairly large, decked area outside, with huge umbrellas to guard against the summer sun or more likely the English rain. And there's sometimes tasty BBQ (with nice veggie options cooked separately on foil) on Saturday and Sunday afternoon early evening. Check beforehand. Great views at sunset over the Roding where you can spot the wrecks, or the old barges and try and work out how to cross the river using those two little bridges you can see in the distance. Frequently changing range of cocktails and mocktails, bottled and now draft beers and stout, wines and lovely fruit flavoured ciders to maintain your interest. Veggie friendly and one or two vegan dishes, overflowing onto the plate. Fabulous, moist, German cheesecake with mandarin orange and other fruit, or maybe feast on some Dutch apple tart or one of their other terrific cakes. Pandemic permitting, on Friday and Saturday Nights perhaps on Bank Holiday Mondays you can enjoy their effortlessly cool DJs on the decks or hear some great musicians. Entry is always free and with the DJs bands playing at just the right volume, you can enjoy the music and still chat without shouting. At other times, owner music lover Derrick, plays a tasteful, eclectic choice of classic soul, funk, rare groove, rat pack jazz thru a top of the range in house Bose Sound System. And lastly there's the cocktails. Oh, those cocktails! Will we risk a Mojito, or stick with another Whisky Sour tonight ? Derrick the boss learned his trade mixing cocktails for 12 years in some of Copenhagen's swishest cocktail bars. Now he is in sunny Barking. It's the only bar cafe in town that makes a real effort to impress and accommodate its patrons' food and drink preferences."
