We had a wonderful experience! The outdoor seating in the square was lovely, full of life and calm at the same time. The food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. Joseba and Candido were wonderful and made sure we had a great dinner and stay, muchas gracias! We highly recommend this gem

¡Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa! Los asientos al aire libre en la plaza eran hermosos, llenos de vida y calma al mismo tiempo. La comida era deliciosa y el personal fue increíble. Joseba y Candido fueron maravillosos y se aseguraron de que tuviéramos una excelente cena y estadía, ¡muchas gracias! ¡Recomendamos ampliamente esta joya! Ver carta

Este lugar fue muy bueno. Nuestro camarero nos recomendó el rodaballo que viene directamente del Baskenhafen. Es un pescado entero, pero nos lo deshuesaron en la mesa. Estaba adornado con aceite de oliva y delicioso. Combinamos esto con una ensalada ligera y pan de masa madre hecho por ella y fue el almuerzo español perfecto. Comimos afuera en la Plaza del Ángel, viendo gente hermosa y genial... hasta que otro cliente se sentó a nuestro lado y empezó a fumar. Nos acabamos de mudar a Postre y Espresso. Tenía el postre tradicional vasco "Goxua" y estaba muy bueno. Recomiendo este lugar para un buen almuerzo. Siéntate si puedes. Sólo prepárate que en Madrid a los clientes sólo se les permite fu...

This place was very good. Our waiter recommended the Turbot fish that comes straight from the Basque port. It’s a whole fish but they deboned it for us at the table. It was sautéed in olive oil and delicious. We paired that with a light salad and their house made sourdough bread and it was the perfect Spanish lunch. We ate outside in the Plaza del Angel, which was beautiful and great people watching...that is until another customer sat next to us and started smoking. : We just moved inside for dessert and espresso. Had the “Goxua” traditional basque dessert and it was very good. Recommend this place for a nice lunch. Sit outside if you can. Just be prepared that in Madrid customers are ONLY...
