The restaurant still provides good value for money. There are a few small issues, but I hope they can address them and remain my top choice for Indian takeout.

This restaurant was once great, but now it is simply terrible. The kebab was cold, the prawn puri was dreadfully salty, the lamb in the lamb katmandu did not taste right and had to be thrown away, and the tikka chicken balti was also overly salty. I paid nearly £29 for this disappointing meal and will not be coming back.

My partner received a call from someone claiming to be from O2, but it was actually a scammer from Grangetown Tandoori. It seems like they are desperate for money, as evidenced by their poor quality curry and resorting to scams. I would not recommend this restaurant. Food, service, and atmosphere were all rated 1 out of 5.

I visited this restaurant and found the food to be delightful, with very friendly and pleasant staff. The premises were impeccably clean and the service overall was excellent. They offer a good variety of vegetarian options and children are welcome in the shop. Wheelchair access is also available. However, I am unsure if they can accommodate dietary restrictions. We tried the naan bap meal that we have enjoyed before. Unfortunately, it seems like the chef may have changed. The meal used to come in a 12-inch pizza box loaded with plenty of meat and salad, but tonight it came in a 10-inch box with barely any salad and a limited variety of meat. All the meat also seemed to be cooked in the same tandoori sauce, whereas before it was separate and had a variety of flavors. Overall, we were very disappointed. I placed an order tonight at 7:15 pm with an estimated delivery time of 90 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, I received a call from Eat and Repeat, the app they use for orders, informing me that the restaurant had deactivated their order machine and I would not be receiving my food. I was given a refund but when I called the restaurant, they lied and claimed they had just upgraded their system. They also advised me not to use Eat and Repeat in the future. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They should consider not accepting orders if they cannot keep up with demand and fulfill them. I have been a customer of this restaurant for a long time. They used to serve a delicious chicken Balti dish. I have tried other places closer to me, but I always end up coming back here because the food is worth the travel. Sometimes I have even had the food delivered because the delivery was cheap. One time, the delivery driver had trouble finding my house because it is a bit out of the way, but he still works there and is a legend. I have had a few mistakes with missing items and disagreements over the years, but nothing compared to other takeaways I have tried.
