Lovely warm welcome by the staff especially Stuart. Wonderful lunch....couldn’t fault the food or the service we received. Will definitely be making a return visit. Thank to all of the staff.

We had a wonderful family meal at Greens. Our waiter, Stuart could not have been better, attentive without being intrusive and the meal was superb. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant. Thank you.

Having been here over the years after a really bad dip in the past, this restaurant is now back with avengeance. Well done for getting the right chef in once more. Lovely Sunday lunch. Great place. We will be back soon

During our stay at Wharton Park, our group of 12 golfers thoroughly enjoyed the excellent cuisine at Greens Restaurant. A delightful variety of starters, main courses, and desserts kept our hungry group well satisfied. The service we received was exceptional.

My partner and I were the only customers at the restaurant on Sunday evening, giving us the space all to ourselves. Despite being the only patrons, we thoroughly enjoyed the diverse menu options and the delicious dishes prepared by the chef. The attentive staff provided excellent service throughout our meal.

The waitresses looked shabby. The glasses and the butter dish were dirty. We had to pay the full amount in advance and pre order, still the food was not good, the bread rolls were stale, the duck starter was cold, dry and tasteless. the fish was overcooked and dry and the deserts were dry and looked as if they had been plated up early in the morning. We have lived just up the road from this restaurant for 23 years and it has been up and down, at the moment it is definitely down.

We visited this restaurant last year to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a great experience, so we decided to return. However, this time the food was just average and some dishes were lukewarm. The mushroom risotto looked unappetizing, like lumpy wallpaper paste. The staff were okay, but the main waitress/manager was not very friendly and seemed a bit grumpy. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive, and when we asked about the ice cream flavors, the waitress had to check and came back with only strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate, which was not very exciting. A ladies meet up, first since 2019 due to Covid 19, and for two of us a first outing, having been in lockdown for 15 months. We were made to feel safe with our window table, we were greeted and looked after throughout by very attentive staff, Stuey ensuring we had everything we needed. Now to the tea itself, well... It looked stunning served on tall, 3 tier, cake stands. Bottom tier sandwiches, very dainty and 4 varieties each... Middle tier cakes, 3 mouthwatering varieties each... We prebooked a table for four,meeting up with friends from school ,50 years ago. On arrival we were met by a courteous lady who seated us in the arrival area,presenting us with menus. The lady returned after several minutes giving us time to view the menu. We were shown to our table in a very smart ,trendy dinging room, and orders were taken for starters and main meals from a varied choice of lunches. Drinks were served while we waited, 5 minutes and the starters arrived,delicious.
