Last June I visited this place with a few friends. We were a bit sceptical at first, because the prices are on a higher level and you have to cook the meat on your own. But we experienced a pleasant surprise since everyone was amazingly friendly and the barbecue was a great and fun group experience. The meat was perfectly fine, all in all we had a really nice evening. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich.

I have been to the location in the west end multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. We have talked the resturant up so much when our friends from Stuttgart came they said we want to go to Grill & Grace. Since the West End location is not open on sundays we made a reservation here. When we walked in we were not greeted immedately. When someone did come they gave us a choice of two tables all the way in the back of the resturant. About 5 minutes later a family came to set in the other table next to us. Not sure if it was because they had two children or not, but the waitress helped them first. Which I thought was rude.
