"As Spanish, I love my food, when I knew about this place I was skeptical (paella delivery is very rare even in Spain) but reviews made me try and eat in. I ordered chicken paella (classic one) and I couldn't believe how tasty that was, it reminded me the ones my father usually did every other Sunday at home! Then I tried their croquetas and they were also amazingly tasty and traditional (ham ones, supreme). And then, when I thought that was enough, I saw they do Oreo milkshake (my obsession) and I ordered one... The thickest and tastiest Oreo milkshake in my life, no jokes here, it had so much stuff in there that you need a spoon. I ended up so full I couldn't breathe.All this was less than £12... unbelievable, I couldn't resist myself and I ordered another Paella portion for lunch at work. I am definitely coming back for more. Thank you Elena for making this possible, such nice and friendly couple working there."

"A lovely mid week treat after our work out we were greeted politely and seated quickly. There was a delay in ordering due to the social chat being had prior to the customer in front placing there order and for the period of time the chat continued after the order was placed. However our order was taken efficiently and they were accommodating. The puddings came and they were delicious! Mine was piping hot and melting in the mouth, my friends was lovely! Thank you to Nia and the gentleman taking our order, for both checking in on how our food was. A clean, tidy and inviting experience. Thank you!"

"The staff at this restaurant were absolutely dreadful and did not seem happy in their work at all. This will be my one and only visit here. It was clear that the staff had their favorite customers, but we definitely were not among them. We were expected to order while waiting in the waiting area for half an hour, sitting next to a door that kept opening and closing. They refused to serve us tap water, even though we had also ordered six drinks. We were only allowed to have bottled water, which is not great for the environment. The restaurant was very cold and we felt a draft from the air conditioner. When we tried to bring this to the staff's attention, they were very rude and even commented on our attire not being suitable for the cold weather. They did not want to engage with customers who were gluten intolerant, being dismissive and disrespectful towards them. The last straw was when we asked for a receipt and were aggressively told that we couldn't have one, but could take a photograph of the transaction. The food was okay, but nothing special, especially considering the high prices."

"I have walked past this place a few times and always smells amazing. I decided a few weeks ago to try it and it was delicious. The girl at the counter explained what everything was and also gave me a recommendation and i decided to have the mixed meat shawarma loaded box with chips, lettuce, carrot along with a mint sauce and tomato. I asked to have the sauces seperate incase i didnt like the sauces on top. I took this as a takeout and a gentleman came running up the road saying he gave us the wrong sauces and put 2 new ones in my bag that id asked for and apologised. Honestly the customer service was fantastic and the food was so nice that i have been back since."
