"Having visited many Harvesters I must admit this was the worst one I have been to. Service was incredibly slow, and even food was cooked well, it took an age to come out. Table next to us had waited so long their car ticket had run out before their food could be served, and when it did come out as they were leaving the food was cold and congealed. Server didn't seem interested in attending to our table, and would rather clean tables that were not needed rather than take our dishes away. When I asked the shift supervisor to remove our plates I was told it was the job of the server and she went back to chatting and laughing with another member of staff. My children aged 4 and 6 even opted to skip dessert which they have never done before as they had had enough waiting so we got hot donuts instead. Massively disappointing. I recommend reminding servers that customers come first and to remain attentive at all times. I also recommend management to be more supportive. I shan't be returning to this restaurant."

Burger pleasant, but chips lukewarm, which was disappointing for the price. Server friendly and do their best but restauarant seemed understated.

The people were lovely and attentive, the food arrived but made me ill within an hour. Also, I'm not keen on not being able to help myself at the salad bar

Good food, decent portion sizes. Not rushed at all, a nice place to have a meal and relax. Friendly staff greeted us on arrival. We did need to book though! But that was simple to do.

first, the air cone did not work so warm in it. they had workers to restore them. my wobble rings were so over cooked, I couldn't eat them! but the remaining meal was good. also when we went into salatbar, we asked for a few thousand island dressing, someone asked if they had more, he went to the kitchen said no!
