"This has to be one of the finest Indian restaurants in Wiltshire. The menu has lots of your core favourites along with a wide range of chef specials. Also cooked to your liking, even the sides such as the naan and rice stand out as better than other Indian restaurants. The lamb chops and jeera rice have to be tried!!!"

"when we went to the pub, it was so expected quiet with only a few locals, as expected for a Tuesday night. we were a table of 8 coming for a family meal no table was prepared for us, they said, sitting everywhere, which is good, but there were no tables for 8, so we had to move tables chairs ourselves then we had to go the bar to order drinks as no one came by. no menus had to ask for 20 minutes. drinks were slow and even understood with only one person behind the bar, but not when we were the only table in it. then there was even worse 1 hour between sitting starters coming after we ordered that he read the order back, but still missed one starter coming, all the others finished before missing one came dirty cutlery thrown in the ground as starter did not arrive polished in food covered remains watermark - no one checked on starts offered no plates for the release of camembert. the brot with suppe camembert was tesco hot boils we all had empty jars, which we then asked to be deleted and came after more drinks net. pie had parching paper under neath her still what we oh sorry came with pad and pencil and asked if we wanted pudding. we had not seen a menu. bill was not asked to get it on the table. no excuse, or how we thought that was eating. I then went to bar and explained problems and asked me to speak with manager, because I was not happy to whom he said there was nothing he could do. then went on phone to manager. we arrived around 19:20 clock and left around 10 clocks, in which 3 dirty tables around us remained dirty covered drinks. we have eaten many paintings with the family in the run of the years and we have been appalled with this experience that we will not come back. even deserves a star."

"Took my family here, after hearing good things about the food chef at this place.. but more importantly the variety of food on offer so would carter for me my family.. and the place didn’t disappoint one bit.. now I can understand what the hype is actually about.. everything that was placed on our table was cooked and prepared with care.. whilst everything tasted amazing, the curry that one of my children had was amazing… !!!! When looking online for the menu I did see the harrow inn do a curry night,one day in the week,so you can sample different types of curry.. this, I have got to attend.. because if what we had today was anything to go by.. it’s got to be amazing.. My steak was mouth watering and cooked to perfection.. while the burger we had not might sort of meal) is something I will also try next time I’m here due to how tasty that look too.. I understand it’s under new management and with food like this coming out the kitchen can only assume they will be there for a while ! keep this standard and you can’t fail The staff were very welcoming and made me and my family feel very welcome.. keep up the good work, will see you agin next time I’m passing your village,for sure"

"Went for lunch today. Fifteen minutes after we arrived we had to ask if we could order and were told it wasn't our turn. Eventually we ordered, roasts all round as it was Sunday. Took an eternity to arrive so that our food was eventually on the table over an hour after we arrived. No communication from staff in between. Roast potatoes tasted of fish and roast pork roast tasted suspiciously of Chinese seasoning. Against better judgement we ordered desserts. Twenty minutes later we were told that they'd run out of what we'd chosen. We shared two portions between four as we were still hungry. Felt sorry for the young waiting team who were clearly overwhelmed. Shall not be returning."
