"Came from Bristol to visit family, and take my elderly Gran for lunch, took a chance because of the reviews and weren't disappointed! Lovely full Scottish breakfasts, kids enjoyed their dinners, especially their coke floats, and Granny enjoyed her macaroni cheese and we shared a very generous pot of tea with 2 cups each. Very good value, with 4 adults and 2 kids, cooked lunch for a shade over £60 £10 av. . We will be visiting Troon and certainly would come back here and suggest it to other family. Thankyou for a lovely visit! Kid friendliness: Staff were lovely and talked to our children themselves, meals were smaller versions of adults so perfect, as well as designated kids menu, drinks and desserts. Wheelchair accessibility: Brought my Gran in her walker and they were very quick to move tables and make space, ready for dropping her off at the door even though it meant we used the last of the space and prevented any more customers for a while. They did this cheerfully, understanding quickly and looked after my Gran beautifully. Toilet would be a bit tricky on the entrance corner for a wheelchair, but is doable and certainly big enough."

"idyllic location, not too far from the beaten, but enough to be peaceful and relaxing. well ordered, clean, friendly and helpful teamworkers combine to make a very happy experience. our first visit so only a fast coffee and cake, but the coffee was excellent with a perfect cream and only the right starch. kuchen? very good and a reasonable size for the price. personally I would have the lemon meringue pipe a hauch less sweet and more. the lemon smoke the woman tasted more lemony, but also so it was excellent. we're coming back."

"we had a nice time here! ignoring the clear competitors left travel adviser reviews is lido great. wonderful, attentive, friendly and friendly staff, delicious food that arrived in good time, delicious drinks and a great atmosphere. we arrived to be placed next to a particularly stubborn group (expects from the inner city location and if we eat a quiet place for our family that is immediately occupied. I can't praise them high enough. so beautiful, friendly, offer to a photo of us, so on our request and drinks etc. only such a beautiful atmosphere. eating was so good, the menu was so big and unique for the opposite we hardly knew what to choose! the desserts were a special highlight, the perfect size after such a filling. we had a brilliant time and will be back! many thanks to all at lido!"

"Unequivocally THE Best pizza I had the pleasure to consume The Mexican accompanied by Sweet Potato Fries.... A Tour De Force of fantastic spicy heat and magical pizza base made the culinary equivalent of Robert Rodriguez Desperado a simmering delight of Mexican goodness. Pay by...card on delivery and friendly staff showed what can be accomplished when Artisans decide to provide a fantastic product and service...Estupendo! Chefs Special Moroccan Lamb. To call this merely a Pizza would be do a disservice in equal magnitude as proclaiming a Berber heritage as merely a footnote in antiquity. A beautifully balanced medley of ingredients including an adornment of pomegranate seeds and surprisingly but very thoughtful, slice of lemon to additionally season the dish made for a delicious supper. Highly recommended. The recipe for going to the mattresses, cook up a generous pot of tomato and meatballs for the goombahs. Lets not bother lets drop a dime and call Dough…. The Meatball, a pizza worthy of a Sicilian Vendetta, beautifully presented and not overpowered with bland pseudo meat somethings, as balanced as an MV Agusta (sorry Ducati, you broke my heart)."
