Mussels was good rest of the food average service not good at all we asked for bread never arrived asked for the bill never arrived needed to go to look for someone to pay....

the flesh we had was terrible. we showed the manager and told him that the meat was very bad. unfortunately he said, but no refund had to be paid for 2 faux filet the full € 49.80. just a scandal!

this restaurant is a chain. so know what they can expect too many people for too many waiters. standard food. but still eating was better than expected. they have beautiful Bordeaux wines on the menu there is a better rating than expected Ver carta

Ate here on the evening of 24th February with my wife. The flank steak was OK (not as good as I have had in the USA) but edible. The profiterole desert is definitely recommended (see photo). The service was very good and our waitress spoke...some English which was helpful.

this is the worst place I have ever had when they decide to be a steak, they can see the pirineus in Spain through the steak, it is really tiny. the spelling was so fast and she didn't have the time to give the right information about eating. fast food service with high trips to think like 5 stars restaurant

We were early for eating 18:15, the restaurant was opened and they told us that they were in pause and very annoyed that they should work! Finally we could seat and have something to eat with not friendly attitude. Same happened with other guests. Good...food, very bad service. They don’t want to work, clients are annoying them. because it was our first night and we arrived late a local fast meal was in order. a simple burger and grilled chicken with frits, a glass beer and small glass (local) red wine put us back £55 I wouldn't mind, but it was not a gourmetburger nor the wee a big cru classé, just as they justify their prices, is about me for average, small portions meal times. will not recommend or come back

We stayed in a hotel nearby and walked over to this area. There were 4 restaurants to choose from. We chose Hippopotamus...it was a good choice. We entered about 2045, were greeted rapidly and a table for 2 was found. The restaurant was packed. We...ordered and had a Hippo Alcohol, 2 steak Hache Oeuf and a banana split for dessert. Our waiter (Brian) was very attentive, even as busy as he was. Food reminded us of a stateside steakhouse, it was a good meal and service was very good.

I have never in my life eaten in such a bad place and I did it twice. First day half of my food didn’t show up and when they found it 20 min after the rest of my food was cold. Day 2 I think...I will go for the easy stuff, chicken and mashed potato what can go wrong, all I can tell you. Is was cold and after they took it back to the kitchen and back to my table it went from a pretty normal chicken “cold, but normal” to something I could not recognize “See picture” it says it all if they a willing to serve food like that. Safe your money and go to Burger King next door. Ver carta
