simple but very nice family restaurant. at the same time they can sit on the bar and drink a beer. excellent eating, great drinking, great service with Italian charm. highly recommended.

From the road, this Pizza-Steakhouse doesn’t look anything special. Inside, on a Tuesday night, we enjoyed a warm greeting, a cosy table inside a small dining room done up Italian style, and two generous plates of very good pasta (the Schönwald special of ham and mushroom, and the gamberi and courgette) that arrived about ten minutes later. Tasty Hefeweizen beer too. Highly recommend as a travel stop. Ver carta

This was, honestly, the most delicious pizza we had in a very very long time. The mozzarella was absolutely delicious . We also had a pizza that was supposed to be spicy and it was served with peppers separately, which was really nice and again: super delicious. Staff was super friendly and you could really notice their passion for the Italian cuisine. Also dessert and coffee were just super. It was also very kid-friendly with delicious choices for everyone. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!

Seating available outside. We were seated inside. No one to take drink orders for quite some time. Then, some guests were seated inside 1,2,3 tables. They were ALL served before us. Pizza really good! Spinach/tortellini dish great generous. Spaghetti/ shrimp dish good. No bread served with pasta dishes. Cash only. Fair pricing on food. Asked for tap water brought out bottled water at 4.5 euro each. I know some European restaurants don’t serve tap water. (If local water safe delicious- should be courtesy vs. more bottles used and customer charged for water) We found parking on the street.

love italian friends, who wants to stop the German kitchen or waive pasta or pizza, is right here. we spent two evenings in triberg in the parkhotel wehrle, where there are 2 restaurants with good German cuisine. my wife and I were a little bit uneasy from the usual ones we wanted to try on the first night, and on the second we returned. we have eaten: spaghetti with seafood (al dente cooked), perfect, excellent pizza, then the following evening: baked rigatoni gratinized, grilled puten slices with fresh grilled vegetables, perfect. for the sch espresso offered by restaurant, absolutely very good.
