"We went here twice. The first time we only had a beer, and had to wait half an hour before getting notices by the staff. As the menu looked very good, we decided to go here for dinner. This was a truly strange experience. As...the day before we had to wait quite a while before getting notices by the staff. Once we got the menu, we got to order pretty quickly. But then the show started. We order a main each and a bottle of water and a bottle of red wine. Not long after we ordered, another waiter brought us a small (and free) dish and our water, but no wine We figured that it would arrive shortly. When we where served our mains, we still did not get any wine. I then told the waiter, that we also ordered a bottle of wine, to which he said that he needed to check with the waiter that took our order. minutes later we where still without our wine. We gave up on the getting the wine, but once we almost finished our mains, the waiter returned, and informed us that they did not have the wine we ordered. She did not recommend an alternative to the wine we ordered in the first place, but she did bring us the wine list again (after we asked for it). We then ordered a glass of wine each, but as this also took minutes to get, we had finished eating. We only sat outside, so we don't know if the service is better for those sitting inside. It is a very big shame that the service is so terrible in this place as the food is amazing by far the best meal we had in the Baiersbronn area. We would go here again, hoping that they get there service up to speed."

Comfortable terrace. Accommodating staff. Starters were a bit off (carpaccio still frozen), but mains were great (try the spärgel). Very complicated wine menu. Might be a bit overpriced, but we would consider going again in the future. Ver carta

Vi boede på hotellet og fik aldrig nok af hotellets gode køkken - der var hele tiden noget andet man kunne fristes af. God kvalitet til rimelige priser - og så anbefalede de vine fra Klump, det var en åbenbaring som på hjemvejen førte os forbi det vingods.

We were staying at the Hotel Lamm and had eaten at their restaurant two years ago so we decided to try it again to see if it was as good as before. We weren't disappointed, the food was excellent, really good quality & they obviously have a very talented chef. It was tasty & well presented & the service was also excellent. Worth spending a little more than average to have a really lovely meal, highly recommended. Ver carta

Dies wird eine kurze Bewertung! Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau (ein Dankeschön für den Sekt des Hauses zu diesem Anlass) waren wir im Restaurant und wurden mit dem besten Essen, dem besten Wein und einem perfekten Service beglückt. Man sollte mit Superlativen vorsichtig sein, aber ich müsste lange überlegen, ob ich jemals so gut gegessen habe. Alle Speisen mit Liebe und Sorgfalt bis ins letzte Detail zubereitet. Ein unvergesslicher Abend. PS: Zwei Tage zuvor waren wir zum Vespern im selben Restaurant, auch das perfekt.

Nun mal "Hand aufs Herz" man kann auch ein Haus Tod bewerten, ich bitte sie, es kann doch nicht am Badzubehör oder an einer Speisezeit fest gemacht werden ob ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel wie das Lamm sonst alles gibt um seine Gäste stets zufrieden zu stellen...ganz ohne Lobhudelei hier unser Urteil: wir sind zur Zeit mal wieder im "Lamm"unserm Persönlichen Lieblingshotel im Schwarzwald! Es ist jedesmal wieder richtig schön, ob das Hotel, die Küche, Ambiente, oder das sehr freundliche Personal alles perfekt! Die Zufriedenstellung und das Umsorgen der Gäste im Hotel ist hier überhaupt nur das erste Bestreben der Mitarbeiter im Hotel Lamm, dies basiert in guten Häusern immer auf der perfekten F...
