Great Tasting menu offering a range of tastes textures. Service was professional knowledgeable. Looking forward to our next visit

The food quality here is extrememly high, the building wonderful and service really good. I've eaten in a lot of good restaurants around the world and this was the best overal experience for a very long time.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Humphry's on Sunday. The service is excellent they do their utmost to ensure that their guests have a delightful experience. The food is delicious with flavours and textures carefully balanced. I cannot commend Humphry's highly enough. Ver carta

Lovely sunny evening pre dinner drinks outside at tables on lawn, amazing views, but very slow table service, and classically overpriced drinks. Table alignment and seating arrangement no sense of intamacy, more like a railway station waiting room. Service Station and Technology right behind table which could surely be housed more discreetly elsewhere in the room. Ambience improved as tables were occupied. Good Service in restaurant, excellent food, from pre starters to desert. All very well presented. Outside service, seating arrangements and early ambiance let down the food.

I had the pleasure to eat in humphry's only once, but can't wait to go back because our meal was one of the best I ever had! the restaurant is located in the hotel mansion in the stoke park, which is also the oldest country club Britain. the building is an imposing white structure in the middle of a beautifully held parkland golf course with a long, recurring entrance. for the starters we had presented the panfried scallops and dorset crab- both beautifully and full of taste. for our net we both went for the beef that was cooked to perfection and melted in mouth! the dessert for me was the highlight of the meal - the humphry 's snickers had...more

Me and my wife had some thoughts on whether to eat in the Stoke park hotel or eat in the near by village, eventually we decided to give in to our laziness and lack of desire to leave the room and keep it close, so we ate at the Humphry's. The restaurant was not full, the service and overall experience is good, dishes are not very big yet look good, the food was good but not amazing as one would expect from a high end restaurant which is how it is presented (and the prices reflect it). I will note that the dish my wife took was not to her taste and they replaced it with no problem. Would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Stoke Park who made my 40th dinner on Thur 20th Feb very special indeed. My guest and I were given a beautiful table where we enjoyed stunning views of the beautiful grounds and grande rooms.The meal itself was absolutely delicious. With so many extra tasty courses it certainly felt like the meal that kept giving. Each course was exceptional in taste and quality. We were fortunate to be staying at Stoke park Country Club as an escape from the bustle of London, and we decided to enjoy dinner at Humphrey's, and we were impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. The menu uses the finest ingrediuents, sourced largely from independent sources, and the quality is clearly evident in both the taste and presentation of the dishes. The service was both engaging and personable, with special thanks to Nicola for ensuring each dish was clearly explained and we were impressed with his endearing charm and presence. My husband I visited Humphrey’s for our anniversary. The menu for vegetarian was so disappointing. The items on the menu were a mismatch , there was no specific cuisine type. I ordered the pea and mint soup as a starter. I had to ask for Salt and pepper as there was no seasoning . I couldn’t taste the mint and the soup was gritty. It was not smooth. Perhaps it was not meant to be, but seasoning should of been there. When the waitress asked how it was, I was honest and said it was not great . Her response “ ok” !
