Hungry Jack's - Carta

Don't waste your money on this tasteless restaurant. It's not cheap and the parmo was the worst I've ever had. Even the pizzas are bland and lacking in flavor. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hungry Jack’s Ingleby Barwick: ordered a takeaway pizza from hungry jacks at a friends house. The delivery was extremely quick by a friendly young man named Michael. The pizzas were hot and delicious as were the cookies!

Just finished our pizza and milk shakes! Totally enjoyed both thank you to the staff as well the counter server was overly friendly , clear in her help ordering and also the manager who was helpful and we had good banter . Keep up the good work all and I will be back!! Ver carta

We ordered our food online and went to collect from the store. We were welcomed by friendly and polite staff. Was serived with pipping hot food. To get home and enjoy every single bite. Couldnt fault the pizza or parmo which we ordered. The cookies are unreal. My new weekly take away!

Bought a pizza at Billingham drove ten minutes to my home and found pizza Luke warm. Very disappointed. Informed Billingham who passed my order to Stockton delivery service who was given the wrong address which when delivered the pizza was as cold as fist one. A refund will be given when I go back to the Billingham shop!

I decided to give this restaurant a try. My first impression is that it is bright and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. My partner had the gluten free pizza and I had the traditional pizza with additional BBQ chicken wings. The chicken wings were decent, but the gluten free pizza was really good. I especially loved the pizza base. I will definitely be ordering from them again, it's just unfortunate that they do not deliver to our area. Ver carta

As per the restaurant's website, the Veggie Volcano pizza is supposed to come with jalapenos, peppers, red onion, green chillies, and tomatoes. However, our experience was disappointing as we did not have any tomatoes, barely any onions, and the cheese was so thin that it lacked flavor. The overall quality of the pizza has been decreasing over the past few months to the extent that it is no longer worth the price. We will be exploring other dining options or maybe just making our own cheese on toast so that we can actually taste something.

Absolutely gutted. We decided to try these because a menu had been popped through our door for their Wednesday off of a penny pizza with orders over £12. As we got in too late for me to cook dinner what I had planned, me and my partner ordered from hungry jacks for the first time. It arrived nearly 25 minutes later than they said it would, the parmo was cold, and the pizza box was soggy from the garlic butter on the pizza. They forgot the bottle of drink on our order so I rang the Stockton hub and they confirmed they would send it out as soon as the driver was back. Over 30 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived.
