"Food was just okay. Got pork cutlet with risotto. The risotto was good. Pork cutlet was well cooked but very bland. Hostess was very nice but the waiter kept trying to do her job and greet new customers rather than helping customers who were already seated. He was very gruff when he did eventually take our order. When my beer came out, it was half empty. The atmosphere on a busy alley should have been great but the wait staff were arguing with each other and the server's demeanor ruined what should have been a nice evening. I don't speak Italian but it seemed like a waiter got sent home in the middle of his shift. Seating charge isn't unheard of in Milan but it is frequently a flat rate. Here is is 11% service charge"

My experience is very nice, I really enjoyed food. We ordered pastas and after that tiramisu and some apple pie and it was more than delicious! It was a little bit noisy inside, but it doesn’t bothered me, so my overall impression is pretty good! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is coming in Milan Ver carta

typical restaurant of brera, so many people, so much confusion. good food, both pizza and the first, especially if you like truffle and it is season. abundant portions. the only neo the owner who in trying to get everyone screams and makes the result of creating even more disorder. customers who only eat pizza or enjoy the evening do not go scrambled in favor of who makes a full dinner or has not booked and wants to sit. correct price for what is served. the green pass has not been asked, but this is not penalizing for me. very kind waiters

I had a delightful experience at this Italian restaurant. The inviting atmosphere began with a friendly invitation from a staff member who encouraged us to sample their cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised when given a brief tour of the kitchen, reassured by the presence of professional Italian chefs. Throughout our visit, the staff displayed a great sense of humor, keeping a lighthearted atmosphere. The outstanding food and service added to the positive impression, making it a memorable dining experience. A thoughtful touch was the Mandarin Ftuit offered on our way out. I highly recommend this place for those seeking excellent italian food, drinks, and a good laugh.

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
