"Scegli il lavoro che ami e non lavorerai nemmeno un giorno in tutta la tua vita . Questo è esattamente il pensiero che si ha guardando i volti di questi due ragazzi. Si entra in questo piccolo angolo felice che al solo guardarlo si scalda forte il cuore al pensiero della casa dei nonni; si viene accolti da una coppia di ragazzi che in realtà giusto il tempo di un pranzo e già li puoi chiamare amici; e che pranzo! Un antipasto di montagna ricco e gustoso, comprensivo di affettati vari, bruschette, frittatina, fagioli e chi più ne ha più ne metta; siamo poi passati al primo: io e mio marito abbiamo scelto le fettuccine al ragù bianco, ne abbiamo presa una porzione in due per riuscire ad assaggiare anche il secondo e il dolce. Una sola parola potrebbe descrivere al meglio le fettuccine: deliziose. In effetti la fettuccina era di uno spessore deciso, una bella consistenza e una cottura perfetta; il ragù era davvero magistrale, e vorrei sottolineare che il ragù bianco è più difficile da insaporire rispetto a quello rosso perché in fondo il pomodoro dà un buon sapore a tutto, invece in questo caso, pur essendo bianco, risultava cremoso, ricco e saporito. Abbiamo scelto di prendere anche una bistecca di vitella cotta alla brace e due porzioni di melanzane grigliate anche queste direttamente cotte nel camino, tutto buonissimo, mi torna l 'acquolina in bocca a ripensare a quella bistecca cotta in modo perfetto e condita con la giusta dose di sale grosso. Abbiamo poi preso una crostata con la marmellata e si sentiva che era fatta in casa, era delicata e decisamente digeribile. Insomma, non so se ho reso abbastanza l 'idea, ma concludo consigliando assolutamente di andarci almeno una volta per godere di un piacevolissimo pranzo tranquillo e vedrete che di certo avrete voglia di tornarci, anche perché non temete, il conto è una piacevole sorpresa esattamente come tutto il resto."
