Very good time spent in this restaurant which is obviously worth 1 star. We took the 7 course tasting menu for €150. Very good wines. Impeccable service, a little long at first but we were listened to. We recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tired of the usual dinners with a thousand courses, I decided to spend the last New Year's Eve dinner at Il Ridotto: a romantic dinner for two. The small but very elegant venue, the excellent cuisine of chef Bonaccorsi and a few glasses of good wine contributed to the success of the evening. Thanks to all the staff!! Lovely intimate setting for dinner. Walked there from my nearby hotel and was greeted warmly. I took my wife out to an anniversary dinner here while in Venice and it was fantastic. Or female server, I can’t recall her name, was super knowledgeable about the cuisine and helped us every step of the way when we had questions. The food was great and the scallops are to die for. My wife is not usually a fan of pumpkin in the food but with the skill of the chefs they definitely made her surprised and she enjoyed all the dishes. It is pricey with the tasting menu and with an added bottle of wine and put our bill right at 450 euros. However this is not a fine and dash place. It is more of an enjoy the moment and have casual conversations and lasted us around 2 1/2 hours. Would recommend this...
