The staff is friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. The food is outstanding, and the seating is comfortable, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a meal.

The service at our table was slow, as we had to wait a considerable time for our waiter to take our order for three people. Nonetheless, the ambiance was enjoyable, making it a good overall dining experience.

Perhaps the best Italian restaurant in Dunfermline! The chefs certainly know how to prepare a delicious Caesar salad and a mouthwatering chicken Milanese. The waitstaff are all incredibly friendly and attentive. We absolutely love it!

Nice place to stay in Dunfermline, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well sized, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. I ate in the restaurant downstairs which was really enjoyable and the food was great.

was a few times over the years, eating was excellent as it is normally. service let the experience this time with 4/5. we have hurried through our eating and the staff could not wait to get rid of us. filz rushed into the selection of food and the staff asked countless paints about everything from ready to order, I take them their plate. there was the actual service next to the good tho.

the hotel was booked for a weekend with the husband. the booking was easy, the room was nice. we ate dinner in the first night and it was nice to eat was hot when it arrived. the breakfast was also beautiful and plentiful and they receive unlimited tea and coffee. the workers from beginning to end of our stay were amazing, very helpful and that could not do enough for them. I would recommend a stay here. my only grip is that I couldn't book anymore.

I had the best night around 1703. the bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom were absolutely impeccable and were filled with all the usual additional extras such as tea and coffee as well as a few mini packages of cookies, shampoo and hand wash and a hair dryer. the hand towels were as expected flawless white. the handles at the windows were in repair, but they opened and closed all the same. the parking space on the back of the hotel was at only £4 strange for overnight quite cheap. the staff was so helpful and courteous as well as full of courtesy chat and plentiful smile. the whole experience even better with the warm recipe given. the only food we eat there was the breakfast and...

They didn't know they made breakfast here, didn't know they had rooms to rent. we have family coming from below to south and know that this is great. we ordered breakfast and took in our surroundings. I thought maybe it could have a smell of alcohol, but it had no clean smell. the reason I thought that was because it was a bar in the evening. there was a lot of space, so if they have an impediment, they have no problems in and to get the tables. that was eating, and the first thing we both said was how hot it was eating. we also got free tea and coffee with breakfast, so we had some beer. the service was pleasant and attentive.
