lovely food and smoothies, reasonable pricing. definatley will return when im in the area. i had a jacket potato with pizza topping, it was delicious, my mum had scrambled egg with smoked salmon and crumpets. she described it as perfectly cooked eggs, and the crumpets are much lighter than toast

Great place for coffee and healthy cakes! Also have protein shakes and smoothie which look good but haven't tried one yet, will be next time! The sandwiches and salads are also yummy. Well catered for vegans and veggies too : Can't forget the staff who are absolutely lovely and cannot do enough for you!

I found this place out of pure luck, looking for somewhere to get a light lunch before a job interview. They offer a lovely smoothie menu, which was just what I wanted. The cakes looked lovely and the menu had lots of vegan options for someone looking for a nice vegan lunch or brunch. The smoothie was tasty, made before my eyes (though the blender was kept in a cupboard to reduce noise clever! The staff were so friendly to boot. Thanks for a treat before a big interview!

I have been coming here since it basically opened a year ago and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff are so friendly and honestly cannot do enough for you. The coffee is good and the range of other drinks is vast, including a wide variety of tea's, smoothies, protein shakes and health lattes.The food is also very good, I can thoroughly recommend the pizza bagel and peanut butter cup slice. All the food is homemade which is an added bonus. They also cater for vegans very well!

I was searching trip advisor today on the hunt for a healthy place to have lunch with my partner. The struggle can be real when counting the calories and being able to make an easy informed decision on what you eat. Now I've found just the place! Nutrition information was in plain sight, the staff I spoke to was super friendly and very helpful. We had the lean clean chicken meal prep the pizza bagel it was fantastic! The drinks was delicious and healthy! I'll definitely be returning

I initially visited with a friend for a takeaway coffee, she purchased chocolate energy balls, as a vegan they are suitable for her. I had one of the balls and yes it seemed to give me energy. The staff are friendly and willing to chat and explain their ethos. I visited again purchasing peanut energy balls plus a beetroot and cacoa latter yummy. You can sit in or takeaway. They do protein shakes and other interesting drinks/food which I hope to try I am looking forward to try something new
