This is literally one of the best burgers I've ever had. Crispy chicken tenders as starter, they where not dry, but juicy and very tasty. Bacon on the burger was perfect! Will definitely come back here Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent experience as an American style BBQ. Delicious pastrami, excellent quality of meat. We took both the sandwich and the mixed bbq. Exquisite. High cost but in my opinion it's worth it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40

The cashier ignored my presence even when I greeted him, he just continued talking with the cook even when he literally looked at me. So there is that. The food is nowhere close in quality or quantity that is on the picture. They just throw the burger on the plate, it's in absolute disarray when you eat it. In short: absolute scam, avoid this bull. One word: DISAPPOINTED! I will not repeat the negative reviews, which I agree with 100%. I'll just say that I had the feeling that the burgers from KFC or McDonald's were superior to those cooked here, at double the price of course. Except that in fast food restaurants you also have chips and a drink included in the menu, whereas here you don't. Never again. Food: 1

There are two places at the Central Market to eat Bastianich's burgers... but don't go to the one on the ground floor... there's a huge difference... could it be the chef?? Probably... he smiles and is kind and in a good mood but the burger he made for me was REALLY ****... nothing like the ones upstairs... I'm a fan of Bastianich but there's nothing about him here!!! ! I've been looking forward to coming and trying this place for a long time and one evening when I was in Milan I quickly managed to come and try it out. I take all the meats on the plated menu of which: Pulled pork tender but sometimes dry and not very tasty Pastrami very tender and very good Brisket is tender but not very tasty and very fatty Burnt end good and caramelized, slightly spicy Good cutlet and a little caramelized Sausage ok, not bad but not that exciting either Cost paid €36, per 100g of each meat. Not a little but not that much in the end, I was very full but oh well at least I tried it. I would happily go back and eat again just the ones I really liked Ver carta
