"Today I collected a pizza, breadsticks a chicken Caesar salad from the Windsor restaurant. On arrival all was ready until they realised they hadn’t even put the breadsticks in the oven so I had to wait for these while my pizza was sat losing...its heat. On top of this I got home for my partner to open her Caesar salad box and there was no sauce to be seen, just a dry salad. I called the restaurant back and requested a solution to which I was told to come and collect the sauce.. After suggesting that by the time I’ve done that my pizza would be completely cold she offered no solution. Then after a few times of repeating ourselves she said to bring it with me and they’ll keep it warm. To be told to collect it and not even offered a fresh pizza at the bare minimum for the inconvenience just left me shocked. To top it off when I said oh don’t worry we’ll just have to deal with it then I got nothing but “ok” and “no problem” etc. Very very poor customer service and that’s from the manager who is supposed to set standards. I would absolutely not recommend, majorly disappointed."

We managed to book a table in advance so no wait although there was a queue to be seated for those who hadn't thought in advance.

honestly, the best pizza I have ever tried in gb. good crust and I really liked the mozzarella alternative. we had the portobello mushroom as starter and it was also really good. they also have vegan desserts, but I did not try

we were met by very friendly staff, when we went for a fast pizza in windsor it is quite small in the ground floor and can a little loud with many people in there, but overall we had a nice time there. and will definitiw back. service and eating were excellent.

pizzas express have now added some more items on their vegan menu, including calzone, more pizza options, pasta, appetizers and desserts. I tried the calzone and would get it again, it had also a very light flavor. this location was very beautiful, as it is located near the city center and close to windsor.
