“Käfer in the German rich-day gastronomy” should actually be called “Käfer on the dach of the German rich-day gastronomy”. beetle is the well-known tasty chain of Germany, grandios is the location. At the top of the passag, next to the dome I enjoyed my (home high price) snack with view over berlin.

Expensive but delicious! We went for a mid-morning, mid-week brunch. Reservations are needed (not only because it is a popular eatery but because you need clearance since it is on the roof of Parliament). The most popular brunch entree is 26e and gets you tons of food and coffee, along with a glass of prosecco. The views of eastern Berlin are great from their terrace. You can enjoy 360 views once you leave the cafe and walk around the rest of the rooftop area over Parliament. Ver carta

Perhaps pricey for some but a great experience. Make sure you send your passport info after making reservation—almost forbade us entrance because of this. You are shuttled to the top by a special elevator after going through a priority line. Kaefer boasts an incredible view over the city. The dishes may be a bit pricey for some but it is a great experience. I would return. I enjoyed the watermelon with smoked salmon as well as the schnitzel. A lot of fun for those in Berlin for the first time.
