They messed up part of our order and apologised by giving us an entire replacement in a to go bag! As my husband had already eaten half and didn't want to wait. Fab service, very friendly. Xoxox

had promi dessert with my brother and his friend. eating was fantastic (as always) but the service was a little slow. I'm sure that's what I'm eating. I would say the best place to get dessert in weston.

Vast menu of deserts. We had waffles and sundaes and they were all delicious. Busy place so waited nearly half an hour for the food but it was definitely worth the wait. We'll be returning to sample more from the menu.

This place is amazing! I love the waffles! The milkshakes are also amazing and tastes amazing! The have good music playing and the staff are very kind and helpful. The service was quick and my mother really likes the coffees.

Completely different experience to the last few reviewers. It was a Wednesday so eat out to help out on but we were seated within minutes, staff polite, majority of staff wearing masks, place clean, great service and one of the only times the food arrived looking identical to the menu. Good food, bargain due to 50% off but pretty reasonable full price.

amazing eating, my favorite thing on the menu is the waffel with freshly cut strawberries, crushed digestion biscuits and white chocolate sauce! it's the best waffel I ever had. I also like that there are Slush drinks with Popping bobas. edit: I went back there today because it was my birthday two days ago. it was good, but it didn't seem to have a white chocolate sauce! it is still amazing there tho :

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Firstly, they didn't answer the phone so I decided to go in person. I was laughed at by the waitress, but still placed my order and sat in a far corner to keep social distancing. The staff then shouted "oi" at me to collect my food. I was handed 4 drinks without cup holders and a hot chocolate without a lid, which was difficult to carry to my car. I also received 3 boxes without a bag, making it challenging to carry everything by myself.

lively restaurant in the center of weston super mare. desserts and drinks only with a large selection of waffels and ice creams in the offer. when we left, we had a long wait for our food 50 minutes. what surprised us when the restaurant was only half full. they are shown on a table, but go to the bar to order her to eat, then waitress brings it over. it is quite demanding to order food, as there is a waiting queue for taking and eating and the process was quite slow. ice or gelato was delicious and my man waffel appeared delicious!. toilets need cleaning, they were really very unpleasant. restaurant area could with more cleaning, especially the floor staff appeared rather loaded and lacked...

After trying to book a table monday all after noon and just getting an answerphone my friend went down to Kaspas and booked a table with the manager for the following day for five and left contact details,on arriving at Kaspas we were told no bookings were allowed and that we could not have a table even though we had booked one the day before the member of staff was very argumentative and was saying we couldnt have a table,after being at work all day and having children with us that had been looking forward to going i was not going to leave without being seen especially after my friend booking a table in advance.We eventually got a table after waiting out side but when my friend went up to o...
