Great choice of Greek Food, reasonably priced. Very friendly. Cafe is not large, so it is best to book to make sure you can get in.

I love it here! It’s fantastic and so delicious, the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I have been many times and I will be continuing to come here! The prices are very reasonable too. All in all brilliant place definitely go here Ver carta

Called for late lunch, Unfortunately they stop food at 3pm when they close at 5pm so ate earlier than I wished. The staff were very pleasant and the food was plentiful and very good, also good value. We will definitely return on a day they stay open till later.

5 of ate here on a Friday evening eating on the outside terrace. The food and service was second to none and truly authentic serving Greek beers, wines and spirits. Unfortunately we were only stay for a couple of days so did not get the opportunity to eat there again. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would happily return if were were back in the area.

Came in miday last week ordered a large kouros chicken pitta which is literally.. chicken.. chips.. and salad on a pitta bread. I sat with my drink waiting.. half an hour passed… I asked where it was they said 5 minutes. Chef spoke over the counter saying sorry. 10-15 minutes later my food came.. boring, unimaginative, and OVERPRICED. Waisted almost an hour of my day off and also waisted a good chunk my money. We called at 8pm to get a takeaway, they are open until 10.30pm and offer takeaways but was told in an abrupt tone that they have a large table of guests that evening so will not offer a takeaway just for 2 people. They appear to decide on the night whether they will or will not bother with takeaways. I live locally but each time we try it seems they have regulars who take up the tables. They do not seem bothered by the disappointment either. Poor customer service. This is my last attempt and will not be giving them my hard earned money in future. It will go to a more grateful restaurant.

I've been here before a couple of times and it wasn't all that in the past. I'm guessing it's either under new management of had a total change of staff . The two woman I encountered serving were polite and helpful and the service was very good. The food was great too, value for money, plentiful and quality ingredient's. Quirky little place decked out like a Greek taverna ish! Altogether a smashing little cafe/bistro (may I call it that) in the centre of this gorgeous Peak Park town. Ok so the view of the Drs surgery isn't exactly Santorini but otherwise I'd thoroughly recommend for a daytime snack/brunch or more. I will return and next time I might be brave enough to sample the Greek coffee...

We picked Kouros Cafe for an evening meal for something a bit different as we don't have a Greek restaurant nearby at home. We're glad we did! The food was excellent. We were spoilt for choice as we wanted to try a lot of the menu. We had starters of Spetsofai and Spanakopitakia which were both amazing and good portions for a starter. For mains we tried Kleftiko and of course the Moussaka which was appreciated on a cold winter evening. The only regret is we were too full to try dessert as the Portokalopita sounded amazing! The restaurant is a little bit further from the main street in Chapel-en-le-Frith and that might be why it was a little quieter than other restaurants on a Saturday. It ce... Ver carta
